    Crystal mountain was running a promotion where you could buy a $60 ticket on a particular day if you bought, "in advance". Their website did not define, "in advance". When I went to buy my ticket two hours in advance of their operations opening for the day, the price had nearly tripled to their regular rate. When I emailed customer support they replied, "I'm so sorry about your experience yesterday but indeed the promotion was only good for advanced purchase only, at least one day ahead of time." This "one day ahead" language was never on the website nor the advertising page.As you will see from the attached images, prior to emailing them with my complaint the website said, "$60 lift tickets are offered on the 2nd Thursday of each month, available online only. Tickets must be purchased in advance". After emailing them and asking for a remedy, they instead changed their website language to say, "$60 lift tickets must be purchased at least 24 hours in advance and are not available for purchase at ticket window. You must pre-purchase your discounted ticket and you will not get this deal if you come to the mountain and try to purchase it day-of at the ticket window or online".

    Business never fulfilled my order. Waited over an hour for my food, people who ordered 40 mins after me were getting the same item as me long before me. Picture attached is of expected delivery time, waited until 130 and left because they wouldnt fill my order

    This company steals from its employees. They send wrong checks every two weeks and expect the employees to blow it off because they are slowly stealing money from every check.There are significant problems going on in this company.

    We are aware of the delay with gratuity getting posted to payroll and have every intent to pay employees for their tips. Unfortunetly this employee walked off the job and their employment was terminated before the wages were adjusted.  ******************* team will ensure that this employee gets compensated for all wages/tips or other earnings that are still owed.

    I bought 5 tickets for the gondola ride 6/6/21, my family came into town and this was a special event. Crystal mountain cancelled the gondola ride that day due to bad weather, I was told Id be able to use the tickets whenever I would like at another time. I emailed the ticket counter and let them know my family was returning this year and we would like to schedule again using the tickets I had bought, then I was rudely told I had to use them last year.
