      In October of 2023 ******* put in a horizontal fence for me. Because the slats went horizontally it didn't take long before they shifted and it looked bad. I got ahold of him and we decided to wait until Spring and see what it does. Spring came and it looked worse. There were also a few issues with my sprinkler lines.******* came out in the Spring of 2024 and did a redesigning of the frame on the fence and it's beautiful. He also fixed the sprinkler system issues. I started getting a bit nervous because you don't know if a contractor will really fix problems but *************************** is a man of his word and did an exceptional job. I highly recommend Inland Northwest Contracting! Great to work with, he communicates well and does a fantastic job. I absolutely love the design of the fence they put up for me!A++

      I suggest you find another builder. No recommendation from me! Dont pay them until the job is completed. Every week they needed more money. They were recalled by the city Building inspector, left a list one page long, they didnt finish the repairs, they sweet talked their way to more money for supplies of course and never came back. Wont answer phone calls. This father/son duo will charge for saw blades and drill bits etc., ************* you the entire time they are whining we are loosing money on this job. Mind you they set the bid. We decided not to put in something that was expensive and they were mad because they were going to make money on the back end. I Do NOT Recommend THIS BUILDER!! No integrity at all.
