  I don't understand how they could still be allowed to have unsuspecting public come in and get their hair utterly hacked at. I have been going for over 15 years. Yesterday was my last time. Unbelievable lack of interest or capability. Instructor had left the floor. Time was up I guess...student decided she was done. Top of head left untouched, right side of hair at least an inch longer than left. Visible hack marks. They should not be allowed to do this to the public.

  Attended about a year ago. Staff was underpaid to the point they kept turning over educators, and they seemed to not give a **** about their job, leaving students lost and uninformed. Lack of structure and fairness. Inconsistent demos, guest speakers, and product knowledge. Too many students to one educator, back to back classes of 20+ meant there were not enough resources or beds available for each student to have opportunities for hands-on experience. No accountability on the school's part. Hours tracked online were inaccurate as they were "working out kinks" in their time tracking system, screwed dozens of students out of HOURS of online credits, no option to make it up. The school makes money four ways; student tuition, kits purchased by students, payment from guests for services rendered by students for free, and students aren't compensated for services in any way because they are not school employees. Scam of a business. They say they help with job placement but that is a lie. They pick their favorites out of the crowd and give them special privileges and opportunities and leave the rest to fend for themselves. Withheld my diploma and told me I'm not allowed to take my state licensing exam until I pay them off in full, which is illegal in the state of WA. They have no respect for the students, and they wait until just before finals to tell you that you have a long list of licensing requirements so you don't opt out in the beginning. Half of my class and their parents threatened to *** the school over the lack of commitment this school has to its students. We sat in a back room for a month with no educator and no ****** plan, while still paying hourly tuition, because they failed as a school. Without their students, however, their whole business model would go down the drain and they would go bankrupt. Do better. Pick a different school if you can, not worth the money.

  Where do I even begin at first I was so excited and overjoyed that I was finally pursuing a dream of mine that I had pushed off for so long and then to have my experience at this school ruin my dreams of having a career in this industry is so sad. I was singled out by educators who bullied me and tried to fight me and I didnt understand why? We also didnt have an educator for our entire phase 2 of our esthetics course and even when she was there she didnt teach us anything and everything she told us was wrong. Multiple different students tried talking to the campus director and nothing was done about how educators treated the students. Their lack of effort to get us an educator who knew what they were teaching is unacceptable and made me feel as though all they cared about was the money they are getting paid by us (the students) rather than our success in finishing and passing our state exams. One of my good friends who was in class with me paid in full and stopped going because this place was so draining and making her depressed. When we went into phase 3 I believe we were supposed to have an educator for 3 weeks to help us get ready for the final exams but yet they messed up the schedule and we only had him for about a week and half because then he had to go teach and new class that was just starting. So now we only get maybe once or twice a month to go over or exams and practice. I would not recommend spending youre money on going to this school

  I had Enrolled in the Beauty Instructor class and after a great full month I was Harassed and Discriminated against not for my performance or my in class work I had 98% on my Test had great report . Always in ***** code I am not a rule breaker I respect rules. They used the parking lot were I and all students parked and where I had parked in the same space for the two days per week for the complete month of April they never gave me a reason why I was the only student singled out and I asked what changed, although all students were still parking in the same exact space they said we are not talking about them we are talking about you . Although there was no policy whatsoever for parking or signage in the parking lot. It was clear they did not want me there and it was unfair treatment biases therefore my education was impeded. I was devastated Im lost for words with why what did I do to deserve that sudden aggression other than be a minority woman, driving a luxury car. Unbelievable!
