    Financed a car from them in early November 2023. A 2010 ****** Impreza. When I test drove the car it was smoking from the hood. I mentioned this to the salesman to which he had it taken in to be looked at by service. The service man reassured me that the smoke was just residual oil burning off from them just doing an oil change. I proceeded with purchasing the car. A few days later the car is still smoking, and the check engine light comes on. I take it back to the dealership and one of the managers said they would take it in and fix any drivability issues for free and provide me with a loaner vehicle. They take the car in on November 30th. I call almost every week my car is in the shop to get an update and every time I speak to someone the only thing they tell me is they are waiting on parts to fix it. Finally, after five weeks I get a call on January 3rd **** that the car is ready. I go to pick it up and as soon as I start the car it is still smoking from the hood. I go back inside to inform the service man. He tells me it is residual oil still burning off. I leave with the car. Not even 50 miles later the check engine light comes back on. I take the car back to this dealership the very next morning. I am furious with this situation, after my car being in their shop for 5 weeks once I get it back it has the exact same issues as when I originally dropped it off. While my car was initially in their shop for 5 weeks the I had made my first payment on the car. Now it is back in the shop and my next payment is due in 5 days. How is it fair that I have to make my second payment of $360 on this car that I have not even drove for an entire week. They sold me a car with major drivability issues, and I am expected to sit back and make the payments while they fix it and not enjoy my new auto purchase. Who approved them selling this car with these issues? I believe this company is scamming many customers. I most definitely got scammed here. I am at a huge loss here.
