THIS BUSINESS IS FRAUDULENT AND SCAM CUSTOMERS EVERY CHANCE THEY CAN. Over the years I've gone in for red light services. They will randomly deduct extra money from bank acct then when questioned say, "we sent letters", tho they cannot reproduce such letters sent. They will deduct full due membership money when accts are frozen leading one to dispute with banking institution (a process that has taken months). They are never open despite business hours indicating they are. The front desk staff are consistently nodding off, can barely type a name because of whatever "medication" they are one. It's already in s*** hole part of town and their customer service, or lack thereof, is in alignment to their surroundings. Go spend your money somewhere where you will not get fleas, etc. Do Better Tropical Tan! Class Action Lawsuit anyone?

The owners will try to steal your money. I cancelled my membership and was wrongfully charged an extra 2 months even after canceling in person with 30 days notice. I was told the ONLY way to get my money back was to email *******************[.]com. It took them about a month to even respond to me. They admitted that they owed me $110.** but that the owner needed to approve the refund and that Im on the list for approval. After emailing them several more times, they updated me saying I was STILL on the list. I finally contacted my bank and had them take it from TT. I genuinely hope TT fixes but until then do not go to Tropical Tan.
