This *********** almost always say they are never available when needed. Staff are rude, condescending and tend to give alot of problems to us and even hang up on us. The drivers take advantage of us senior citizens in area. Used this same company and got charged higher than normal amount for less than half a mile to destination. It seems that driver expected us to pay for his travel and ours. Yes the driver had nerve to tell us where he travel from. He never turned on meter like he stated. Meters are supposed to be on to measure distance. Loading a passenger do not count. Husband needed a bit of help. Driver lied about taking 20 minutes to load him. This place is a joke and lack respect for our elder community. Mileage rates are on the outside of vehicles so we are never certain if driver will charge us fairly. We are not sure if meters measure because some do not turn it on and say their own rates which is deceiving. If you carry a $20.00 bill , you may not get your change back. They tip themselves with your money without your permission. For less than half a mile driver charged $11.00. Basically our destination was 2 blocks and a turn. This company is practicing unethical practices and never professional. I warn our senior citizens to speak up about this company that is cheating us and no care for customers. Dispatchers are a joke and do not take matters seriously. Surely someone needs to investigate this company about their practices. There literally need to be dash cameras recording them. People can not be trusted these days.
