    March 2 i purchased a dodge Durango from this dealership immediately i start smelling sweet rubber smell, fast forward to March 5th with my 4 year old daughter on the freeway the driver side starts smoking and overheating. I took it to be serviced Wednesday morning sat there with my 4 year old daughter for over 5 hours before the stated they was waiting on a part for the truck and that will take 30 minutes after about an hour theyre service lady came out and said the truck needed a module and that I needed to come back the next day but in time the truck will still smoke. So Saturday March 9th the water pump or radiator hose came off, I spoke with ***** which stated they wanted me to drive the truck back the dealership. I politely told ************* not driving the truck back to ******* and cause damage. I also let him know that I didnt want the truck anymore and wanted my money back. I had the truck towed back the dealership Sunday the 10th and spoke to ***** and expressed to him i didnt want the truck anymore and that I needed a reliable truck with 3rd row, ***** went and talk to the manager that was in that day and came back with a 2017 dodge journey that was presented to me on Saturday March 2nd that I was originally told I wouldnt be able to get approved for i politely declined and asked for my money back, they agreed to give me my money back but now. March 11 Im told by a different manager that I cant get my money back and that I would have to take the truck or he put me in something else. The manger that ***** spoke to Sunday reprinted up my contract for the 2011 dodge Durango that was not signed at that time and agreed for me to come back in 2 days to receive my check for my down payment. The manager I spoke with today stated he will have to talk to the manager that was in that day for further confirmation. I need help I dont want nothing from this lot I just want my hard earn money back so I can purchase a reliable truck for my family

    I wanted to come here and leave my review because I feel that this business is not praised enough,, I start the process of looking for a car and every dealership I went treat me like a low life just because my credit wasnt good enough, I just needed a reliable SUV for my family but nobody will give me a shot, until I came across of Zag Motors, they take care of me and got me into a reliable vehicle without making me feel like wasnt worth it the effort, everybody involved in the transaction took the time to explain the terms and my options as far as financing and extended service contract since I am buying a used vehicle with some 80k miles it needed the extended coverage, and just to point out they were busy and the managers took the time to come out and talk to a few customers in the 4-5 hours that I was there, it felt like family and that they care about people, I just want to say that the next time you are shopping for a vehicle give this people a try they are amazing and they have a huge inventory with all kind of options and they can get you in a car regardless your situation. Thanks ***!!!
