    I Currently live in this apt complex. I have lived in 3 different units in said complex in under 2 years. My current unit is top floor and a squirrel has been building nests above my kitchen inside the crawl space. It has poked numerous holes in my kitchen ceiling and is chewing on all the wiring. I have many emails to prove this has been an ongoing UNSAFE and unsanitary living environment. I have been very patient with the manager and maintenance crew but I feel that it is not being resolved in a timely manner. I am worried that the animal is going to find its way into my home or that it is going to cause a fire above my unit, what are my options

    Dear Representative of BBB,

    Is see the notice was initially filed on 02/27th. You can see from this email that we made our final set of repairs on 02/28th. And then proceeded to follow up with the resident on 03/03 after the weekend.
    All matters seemed to be resolved. I have attached a screenshot of said email and the invoice for the electrical repairs made in the attic. All work was done as promptly as possible.


    Let me know if anything else is needed.
