      As so many others have stated this company is completely involved in predatory lending and are unwilling to help in any way to make matters correct. If you can find a way to get a hold of someone in customer service they will speak over you and basically tell you that its too bad youre in this situation. I originally put a $10,000 down payment on a $72,500 truck and have made every single payment on time for slightly over 1 year. After calling and requesting a payoff amount i found out that my payoff is higher than the original amount financed to begin with!!!! Not only was I misled and rushed into signing the paperwork but I was lied to when i specifically asked if this can be payed off early with no penaltys just like a conventional loan. They will rush you and tell you anything you want to hear just to get you to sign. I advise anybody and everybody to stay far away from this criminal like organization no matter how tempting it might be.

      I had a lease agreement with **************************, **** The lease number was #*******-901 and the money was debited from my account as Financial Pacific Leasing. There were supposed to be 22 payments of $447.35 after my Commitment Deposit of $1,093.70. I received a letter from Financial Pacific dated February 4, 2022 that the lease had been satisfied but I owed them $363.79 for state property tax. We promptly sent them a check to close this out. A month after that, in March 20 2022 they began debiting my account as ****************** for the same amount and still have to this point Unfortunately, my book keeper missed the additional debits due to the name change (from Pacific Leasing tp providence). I have called repeatedly often with no answer but when I get an agent they tell me this needs to me handled by a manager. They take my info and say they will pass it on and the manager will contact me back. They still have not contacted me and it has been a week. I will get the bank to provide the information on the debits from my bank account so it will be easier to get the information necessary. Thanks *******************

      Me and my Husband was looking for Financing to purchase a box truck. All communication was through email everything seemed good into we called the company to see what our payoff amount was. All to find out that they have added on an additional $31,000 on the loan. Our first question was how and is this even legal. They said this is what we call some kind of equipment fee. Of course this wasnt communicated that this is what would happen if we got financing. What they do to be slick about it is give you a monthly payment and years that you will pay and that extra $31,000 has been included. This is highway robbery for small businesses and if this was clearly communicated there is no way I would have ever agreed to this.Looking at majority of the complaints this is how they operate stay far away from this business. How can you load interest upfront on a loan? Asked about early payoff options in an email and now I see why he wouldnt write how it worked in an email.

      I have been attempting to get FALSE insurance charges removed from my account since March 2022; so that I may payoff my account.I have asked for a supervisor to contact me regarding this matter on several occasions. I have also been reaching out to you for over a month to get this rectified as well as reaching out the account rep in the finance department for ******* Brothers BEFORE THE PREVIOUS COI expired and I am still getting these generic emails. I have also explained to multiple supervisors when I CALLED, and each stated they would take care of it and have the insurance removed and credited SINCE I HAD INSURANCE ON VEHICLE since it was purchased and only took it off in June when the vehicle was taken back. I am not paying for this insurance so as soon as someone contacts me and can remove the fees that were added on WITHOUT my permission or any discussion, I can pay this vehicle off and we can be done with this relationship.

      There WAS NO resolution by Pacific Financial Leasing which is why I did not respond to your email.  They have done nothing and I have paid off the account minus the insurance money they are attempting to charge me. Please do not **** as resolved.

      Our bobcat broke down and we were in need of a bobcat quick, I had applied for *** loan and also with this company. *** takes a bit longer, we were approved and I told salesperson that we would probably refinance the loan with them and asked about paying off early and penalties for doing such. I was told "NO" so we proceeded with loan and two months later got the *** approval saving us $500 a month on the payment. Called to get payoff and was told I had to pay all the interest on the whole loan. Bought the bobcat for $44.000 and was told I had to pay $60,879 to pay off loan and we had made two payments. I feel this company is a scam and should let me pay off the balance that I owe without having to pay all the interest. Can you please help me with this? I just want to pay off what I actually owe and NEVER do business with them again.

      Trying to get my tax info, interest paid , from this company , have been calling them for two month's, I did Talk with one guy, and he sent me the wrong, info, and apparently, he is the only one that works there that can do this for me.       We have been attempting to contact the customer directly by phone since the beginning of April, to obtain clarification and further understanding of their complaint and request. Our records indicate, there have been multiple conversations regarding taxes prior to this complaint being opened. As we have not successfully connected with the customer over the phone, a written a request for further clarification, is scheduled to send today,04/15/2022. Additionally, the request includes information available through our office during business hours and website 24 hours a day. 

      We appreciate the reminder and are confident, this will be resolved as soon as contact is made.

       I got a phone call from FPL ,and they left me a message on my answering machine, that they would be getting ahold of me

          in a couple of days ,that was almost 2 week ago, haven't herd from them since,,,,,,,,,,,,,

      Ive had a loan since 2016 and paid it off in October of 2021 and was promised my title by 1-1-2022 as i was told years end it had to be settled because of taxes and still no title. Its now been over 4 months and they still lie and brush me off. Bad enough i paid double the worth of the trailer yet they cant hold up to such a simple task. I want my title!

      Purchased a $16000 piece of equipment. Financial Pacific terms were 48 payments of $756. I have had the loan for 4 years already, paid over $30,000 to date, and we still owe $8000 according to a representative. Company will not send statements and the consumer has no idea of knowing what fees are being charged or if payments are being credited properly. I have been late a few time but not enough to still owe $8000 four years later. I have no supporting documents because the company doesnt send any. Only emails.
