    I went in for a pedicure on Sunday June 30th. After we were seated I noticed they were reusing nail files which is completely unsanitary. I paid for a gel polish pedicure that same night almost all of the polish had peeled off of my toes the next morning I called in an explained what was happening they told me to come in and They would fix them, but I explained that I worked that whole week and I wouldnt be able to make it back in until Saturday Which would have been July 6. On Friday, July 5, I called in to speak to somebody about going in and both times I have spoken to someone. They were completely rude on the phone and seemed like they did not want to help so at that point I said I would like a refund they told me that someone would be calling me back and they hung up later that same day I called back because I hadnt heard from anyone in over four hours and that is when I spoke to I believe his name is ****. He said he would not refund me and he would not be fixing anything. I then drove over to the salon to see if I could speak to somebody and show them that there was completely no gel polish on my toes. **** was at the front desk, he insinuated I was a liar even though I had proof was completely disrespectful said that at that point they would charge me just to fix them , and I would not be getting a refund. I have videos but it will not let me upload
