- FantasiaWear is pleased to do Exchanges and Returns...it is important to us that you are a satisfied customer and that you share us with your friends. If you are not happy with your order and desire a refund, simply return the item(s) within TEN (10) days of the date we shipped to you. For customers in Canada and Mexico, we allow 15 day for ship date and customers outside of North America are allowed 20 days from ship date. There is a 20% Restocking Fee that applied to all returns. There is no restocking fee for exchanges. Shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. You will also be charged for the shipping charges back to you, unless item(s) are being returned because of an error made by FantasiaWear. Due to Government Regulations, we cannot accept returns on intimate apparel (such as panties, thongs, teddies, thong bikini bottoms, etc.) Please note there are NO returns or exchanges on CLOSEOUT items...all sales are final on closeout items and swimwear with product codes starting with U-. Other items like dresses, shoes, bras, boots, robes, etc. can only be returned if unworn, have original tags and are in original packaging. Please email us or call us (800-850-3268) for a Return Authorization Number before you mail it back.
