    - Job contract : My a bathroom remodeling on 9/4/2022 with Agape (******************)- Date of transaction & the amount of money you paid the business: 9/8/2022 ($1,000), 10/8/22 ($3,000). 10/14/2022 ($3,000), 11/10/2022 ($3,000 return to my account) = total $4,000 paid the business - What the business committed to provide you: 1) Remove bath tub & existing tiles (completed) 2) Water proof and new faucet (I realized no water proof material and process on shower and bath floor under all tiles) 3) New shower door (not completed) 4) Large size wall tile & mosaic (not complete - overall poor because mismatch leveling between tiles on shower, didn't use plastic spacer between tiles) 5) tile for bath floor (not complete - tiling without remove flywood and floor mat, waterproof material and process) 6) 84 inch vanity and double sinks (not complete - not matched 84 inch length, made using four separated pieces, poor quality) 7) new toilet install, 8) replace bath fan ventilator, 9) paint & base molding (poor painting, don't know whether base molding is completed or not)- what the nature of the dispute is: overall waterproof issue, skipped base foundation process, poor quality of vanity, mismatch leveling between tiles, partially attachment of ****** on tiles and base, poor adhesive force.- whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem: My wife and I have requested to resolve these problems a couple of times, however he mentioned he can't our requests due to out of his ability, he stopped this bathroom remodeling and he returned $3000 only to my account. I paid three times by my BECU account using my personal checks. and he returned $3000 by venmo.

I am rejecting this response because: we didn't agree with only $3,000 refund from pre-paid $7,000, he initially mentioned he can't refund all pre-paid money even though we can make a complaint  officially. Then he refunded only $3,000 to us thru Venmo. He mentioned he paid $4,000 to buy some materials, he don't want refund $4,000 for these materials from pre-paid $7,000. we can't use all materials because we have to remove all materials (no water proof material and process, mismatch leveling between tiles, not matched 84 inch vanity length and ?ails stick out of every drawer and can't even use the product,. skipped base foundation process and material, all is garbage) by another business. When we removed some tiles (as shown in provided pictures), it is really unacceptable situation, we have to pay extra money to remove all materials, and painful on poor working process and material.

    Sincerely,

    *******
