    On October 11th 2022 I contacted auction air to come over here and fix my thermostat for the second time only this time he didn't even unscrew my thermostat he didn't do anything all he wanted to do was talk about you play with the dogs and talk about ******** he didn't even take out a screwdriver or anything and charged me $145 and when I went over to the business and paid them and I mentioned to them this scenario that I was still in the same situation I was before he got there and they never did a follow-up check never called nothing so that's why I've contacted you guys I would like either my money refunded or my thermostat fixed because I feel like I got scammed.

    I would like to file a compliment with *********** in ******* **********. I had them send me a quote to fix the ac on /in my HVAC system. They said it was the fan motor and ordered one and come to fix it. It worked great for 5 hours then stopped working. It did work again the next day for a few hours and stopped. When I called to find out what happened the phone recording stated the phone was disconnected. I found them on ******** and private messaged them to try and find out when they could come fix the issue. I was informed I would have to wait til Monday. I asked if it could possibly be today as I have a 3 month grandchild who lives there and it is extremely hot in the house. I was told no. ******* informed me that she ordered a control board for approximately &674. I asked if it could be the fan and she stated no because it worked when they left. I asked if it could be a faulty fan. I have included the correspondence between us. I asked to speak with her since through messenger I felt she was discounting me. I also inquired about the warranty on the part. I then called another company ******** aire to be consulted on how they conducted their business and if this treatment appeared proper. I was informed how they would handle the business. I informed ******* I was going to have another business check into this. She called my son in law and then I called her. I explained I could not just have them fix it without knowing an estimate of the cost I don't want receive a bill I was not anticipating. I kept asking for her to explain the process and she stated, "I have explained it everyway I can, I don't know what you don't understand. She told me how much the bill currently was at and I disputed since the quote for 2 hours of work and there was only one hour done. I then told her she could take me to court.

    Thank you for the compliment. The invoice clearly states what was done in the diagnosis and motor replacement. The unit was working fine when the technician left. The charge was only the 1 hour quoted and travel which was explained on the initial call. We can't fix the current issue without sending the technician out to investigate. If it is the new motor that is bad or a problem with the technicians work it would be a no charge. She has refused to have us check it out, so I don't know how to fix the issue. please advise. Tell us why here...

    I am rejecting this response because: they do not address the issue and since filing this complaint I have found out the technician is not a licensed electrician which L & I state this is required as well as the company obtaining a permit to work on the system which they did not obtain accounting to the ********** of ***** and Industries. I am waiting on a call back from E-Core and am disputing the charges.
