Date: April, 19th 2023 I purchased a transmission from this auto parts website and it was finally installed in May! I have a years warranty! My car is not working due to this transmission. I took it to Infiniti of ******* were they had a point by point inspection on my car I spent $200. Ive called the phone number from the website which are *************************** and its always busy. My car is not working is needs to be repaired. We ordered a radiator support which they said they had on June 6 2023 for ****** which posted to my credit card on June 9 2023 on the 13th they sent me an email with a picture of a front end and I contacted them immediately to tell them thats not what I ordered and requested the order be canceled they agreed and said it would take 7 business days to get my refund its now August 15 and I still havent received my refund.Initial Complaint

On April 28,2023 I ordered a part for my **** S10 pickup from Prime Auto Parts LLC. Order number was PAP2958. Received an apology email on 7/10/23 for sending the wrong part. Said they would look into it and get back to me. I have tried calling them several times on different numbers with no reply. I have also emailed them and received nothing back. The invoice number was LPAP1687, dated 4/28/23. The amount was for $657.48 which I paid on 4/29/2023.Initial Complaint

I ordered a outer taillight assembly for my **** Lexus LS430 drivers side. After confirming the correct part. I agreed to pay $180.00 with my credit card. When I received the part. It was the wrong part. I called and was told that I would have to pay another $150.00 for the correct part. I declined and was finally told that the order would be canceled and my money would be refunded to my credit card. After at least a month no refund. I have called almost every day. On June 26th, I finalized the purchase of a rear axel assembly for a Ram ****. Shipment of the part was to have occurred by the 30th of June. On June 6th, I was told that they were closed for the 4th of July and that the part would be shipped on the 7th. I inquired about tracking on the 12th via email and received a reply, "I will check on it." Since then, I have had no reply to inquiries on July 13th, and 18th. I've tried multiple times to communicate with Prime Automotive via email, text, and phone calls. I do not get an answer to any of my communication attempts. I am uploading the email thread. For some reason, I can't get it to include all of the emails in the thread, so there are multiple emails, each adding the next message to the thread.Initial Complaint

Apr 24 2023 order motor for 2007 **** truck May 10 ******************************************************************************* motor I contacted Prime Auto Parts on May 17 2023,They asked for pictures I sent them 4 times they said did not receive them But they sent me confirmation E Mail that they got them the motor was picked up Jun. 1 2023 they got it Jun.6 POD-JLL1026048 the motor was $2,201. I purchased a **** transmission for my ***** Civic on April 05, 2023. I was told that the transmission would be shipped in 7 to 10 business days. The price of the transmission was $2,187.77. The time of the initial shipment was approximately 4 weeks and was to be shipped to the garage where my car is being serviced. Once the garage finally received the transmission, the mechanic deemed it to be the wrong transmission, contacted Prime Auto Parts and requested the correct replacement. Within the next couple of weeks, another transmission was shipped to the garage and the mechanic inspected it upon arrival and it was also not the correct part. The mechanic then reached out to the customer service at ******************** and advised them that it was still not the correct part and that we were shipping it back to them. A refund was requested and has yet to be received as of today June 20, 2023. Daily calls have been made to customer service and I keep receiving excuses, ie; "our server is down" "our system is down and we can't make any sales or refunds". The invoice number is LPAP1237 and the transaction of $2,187.77 was made on April 05, 2023. I am seeking a refund of the full amount.Initial Complaint

Its supposed to been a **** ***** P30 Engine Computer but they sent me the wrong part.I had contacted prime auto parts in spoken to *** and **** after I saw it was the wrong part and I spoken to **** and she said she will be sending me a return sticker to send it back and I did that. I had spoken to the supervisor in he said that they unfortunately didnt have the part they going refund me my money back. I keep calling now they saying they have a new supervisor that they sorry in going make sure i get my refund total amount of $797.77 I purchased the part every since April 4th , 2023 Invoice #PAP2652 and I return the part back ever since April 14th , 2023. In still dont have my refund back from prime auto parts and they are giving me the runaround ive been calling them and nothing changed yet.
