I saw ************* for an eye exam on June 9, 2022. @ 9:30 am. After my exam she walked me out to the selection of eye glasses. While she was with me I picked out a pair of eye glasses and she never said to me with my eye prescription that they wouldnt be a good choice. When they came in with my lenses I took them home I tried to wear them for two weeks but when I put them on I instantly got nauseated and felt sick so I didnt wear them more than a few minutes. So I called talked with ********* ( eye tech) and she told me that I couldnt return them. I called my VSP insurance and explain my situation with them and they said I could go to another eye place and get an exam and glasses there. That they would reinstate my benefits. On July 14, 2022 @ 2:50 pm My husband drove me there from ******* and I took the glasses, eye cleaner and eye rag back to Desert Valley Eye Care and gave it to the receptionist and told her my name ******************************* and I was returning everything and VSP Insurance was aware of it. (VSP knew that I was bringing them back) I did not get a receipt from the receptionist for returning it. Now Desert Valley Eye Care is saying that I never returned them and when my husband called his credit card company to dispute the charges for the $500.00 glasses that we returned, now Desert Valley Eye Care has told them we didnt!This is disgraceful that a *********************** would lie about this.The glasses were in perfect condition as I said I couldnt wear them any longer than a few minutes cause they made me feel sick everytime.Please let me know what I can do, because I did return them in perfect condition and I dont feel that I should be charged for merchandise that I do not have! This is so unfair and totally dishonest of Desert Valley Eye Care.Please help !
