    On Monday 08-28-23 my wife, son and I were looking for a place to eat dinner. We noticed that the Fiesta Mexican Restaurant on 27th Avenue was advertising Happy Hour specials with a large sign in their front windows facing the main street of 27th. We went into the restaurant and were seated. When we were asked by the waitress for our order we attempted to order Happy Hour items. The waitress told us that the restaurant is no longer offering Happy Hour. We explained that the restaurant has a sign in the front windows advertising Happy Hour. The waitress responded that the restaurant has not offered Happy Hour for a while now and she stated that she does not know why the owner does not take down the Happy Hour advertising signs. We were required to pay full price. We spent nearly $100 when we planned on spending much less with Happy Hour pricing.
