            They cheated me on a $2200 partial that they refused to adjust so that it would fit and then kept my $300 credit and refused to mail it out to me!!! I would rather chew on a mouth full of razor blades than to ever come in contact with them again!!! Total crooks

            It sounds like the dentist gave you different options and explained the benefits and consequences for these options.  When you were upset with the first version, despite reviewing the limitations of that choice, he was willing to do a remake as a courtesy with the specific design you wanted.  However, prior to fabricating the second version he let you know his concerns regarding the limitations of this choice and that it was not a design he would recommend for function.  Because it was a specific design you wanted he let you know we would not do any future adjustments once it was seated properly.  You accepted these risks by having the second version made, which the doctor did as a courtesy to try and please you.
