      BBB ;Poor craftsmanship of items being sold to customers, **************** ********************** *** ********************** **** quality of their products and services did not meet the expected standards, resulting in poor customer experience. We purchased two 25 X 41, paid total of $19,973.00 metal barn/ sheds in Sept. 27, 2023. On Oct 5, 2023, when we received one of the shipping crates it was an open and damaged badly. There were already damaged and missing parts once arrived. The *** Support team did replace what was damaged and missing to naked eye. To start construction of the two barns towards the end of winter, according to the manual, we hired a company to pour the cement foundation first. We then continued with the metal barns in March piece by piece, as directed in the manual.During March 2024, we noticed the metal's thinness was comparable to tin. Despite our observation, we continued to follow the manual, only to witness the building buckle and fail. Our weeks of effort were wasted, leaving us stunned and disheartened. The *** Industrial **** support team offered to replace any part. Then later stated to refund us. Just to be safe we had two experts that build metal buildings look at the ********/ Shed. Both said it needs to be torn down or add steel beams to straighten it up and new material that is a lower gage of metal to bring it up to code. I have emailed *** six times and called them. Stated Yes" I will take the refund. To no avail, after weeks of no response, we decided to contact BBB
