1 starThe driver " *****" assaulted me because I refused to give him more money for my delivery. He is rude and called the police on me after I refused to pay more. I jumped on the trailer because I wasn't going to let him leave with my w/d, which I had already paid for delivery plus extra. ***** called the police after I refused to let him steal my washer. ***** assaulted me twice and when he called the owner the .... the owner called me a b**** and a hoe. ******* boss told him to close me in the trailer and drive off with me in it. These people are insane. My items were thrown around like trash by *****. This company needs to be shut down for good. The driver assaults women!!!!Review fromLinda L

1 starWorst company all ******* and kept says no speak or shake their heads. Late at pick up by 3 hrs. and gave a 1-5 pm delivery window but would call first. Neither happened then showed up where I was staying not storage. Made me pay $150 for travel 2.3 miles away. Then at storage said he couldnt park by direct access door as his ramp would block the drive way. ******* director had him park on other side of building, he then measured and said I had to pay an extra $177 for extra steps. He parked and wouldnt start unloading until I paid all the money $2998 1/3 of total + $377, when moving my boxes were crushed, some had been opened, and it was after 9 pm when he had the local boy who moved all the boxes. Only thing he moved was with help mattresses, box springs and bedroom dresses which he dumped all drawers out and broke a piece off the front of dresses. The local boy said he was being paid $50. and he did most of the work alone for 5hrs.Ive moved cross country 3 time and never had such trouble. They also took my belongings and put them in storage befor they moved, which this move took 6 days shy of a month. On their said 14 day window. I could go on with all the other things they made be buy at pick up too and as of next day Im finding out things that i am missing as it was late and didnt have a check off list like ***** movers did.All in all dont hire this company.Review fromHeather W

1 starIf I could give negative starts, I would. Please take my word that they LIE about EVERY SINGLE THING and are SCAMMERS!!!! Believe every negative review on here and save yourself the wasted time and money that everyone else has had to lose to them. They will tell you one thing and write a completely different thing on the contract but make you think the contract states what you discuss with them. When you have a bad run with them (you will) and they make you think they are actually going to give you a refund (like they did with me), they're NOT going to give you one!!! They first told me it's not their fault that one of their employees lied about what was in the contract so they were not going to refund me. When I threatened to leave bad reviews everywhere as I am most definitely doing now, they said they are willing to make an exception and refund me because they felt bad and that customer service rep was fired for lying to many others so they believe I was lied to. That was pure fake pity. Here I am three months later from when they told me they were going to refund me and they still are not. I kept calling for a status follow up on the refund and the "owner" himself told me he did not have access to see refunds and he would have to get in contact with their accounting department for two weeks straight but never did.just think about how insanely crazy that soundsthe owner can't see refunds from his own company??? When I tried to call again, they blocked my number. I then reached out to the "customer service manager" from another phone and told her I was going to take this to small claims court if they cannot provide proof of the refund and she replied to me with a thumbs up emoji. The manager and herself both blocked my phone numbers and never got back to me to this day nor refunded me. They were lying about that along with everything else.Review fromTison H

1 starDo not hire this company! They lie they steal and they wont except responsibility for any damaged or broken items or even if a bedroom set goes missing. We moved across country and thought we were booking through Allstate when a different moving company showed up that has a F with the Better Business Bureau. They were so bad and they smelled like alcohol and showed up 3 1/2 hours late when we are moving five states away. They kept charging us more and more money after our quote and then when we got to our final destination spot my stuff showed up broken missing an incomplete. Allstate was less than helpful they dont care about employees the claims is a complete joke and they gave me $71 for my troubles. Do not book with this company they are horrible they are bad they will take advantage of you and charge you about $5000 more than expected. This company is a fraud they deserve to go down they are not acceptable moving company.Review fromShuchi G

1 starWorst Moving company ever! I don't even want to give them even 1 star , they are worth no rating .We hired them to move our stuff from CA to GA. They picked the products on 5th July with the first delivery date of 19th of July . The day came and went and when we contacted the moving company they said that 19th is the first delivery and they will be delivering the shipment in 15 days unless there is any delay. August 4th was the 15th date, yet they were clueless about the delivery date. We kept reaching out but no response. Eventually on August 11, we were informed that the driver will contact 24 hours before the delivery . on August 18th we got the call from the driver that they can deliver on August 19th , however since they have a 56" trailer, they cant bring that and have to charge us additional $950 as "shuttle service" has to be used. When called the moving company as to why this additional charge is there they said they can only rely on drivers feedback on such decisions and if we want the delivery we have to pay it, its part of contract and its our problem we didnot read it.DUE TO DELAY IN DELIVERY WE HAD TO BUY ADDITIONAL STUFF TO MANAGE FOR 1 MONTH AND ON TOP OF THIS THE EXTRA AMOUNT OF $950 WAS A BUMMER.The company is just not proficient enough to handle the move, they are clueless on date of shipment, the final charges, everything is an add on. I will strongly recommend not to use this company if you want to have a peace of mind and save your money and enjoy a peaceful and timely move.Review fromKelly F

1 starPlease do NOT use this company!!! If I could give zero stars, I would. We paid thousands of dollars to move with one dedicated truck as we did not want any issues with our stuff getting lost or mixed in with other people's stuff. When they arrived on June 12, they say I have more stuff than the estimate, and tell me it will be several thousand more to move all my stuff! At that point, we were trapped as we were leaving and had to get our stuff out. We were told it all wouldn't fit and they needed to get a second truck which would arrive a week later. Again, we were trapped. More than a week later and they still didn't bring all our stuff!! Oh, it didn't fit because there were other people's items on the truck and not enough room for ours! We had several items arrive broken. A MONTH later, and we finally got the third delivery and stuff was missing!!! I have called and emailed throughout this nightmare. They don't answer the phone, emails, or texts. It takes WEEKS to get a response. They make empty promises to get you off the phone and then you don't hear anything. This has been a living nightmare for us. We are currently in the process of filing claims for our missing and damaged items, but I'm not holding my breath. 1 starAbsolutely terrible. Zero stars if I could. I hired them to move from ** to ***. They gave me an estimate of 3-5 days, which is the main reason I went with them. This was back in April. They told me that in order to guarantee this I needed to make a commitment soon, so I did. I explained to them that I was starting a new position at a new hospital ( I am a physician) and had a very limited time window. I had them pick up my move earlier than I expected and stayed at a hotel to make sure things arrived by the time I was in ***. It has been 9 days and still no delivery. ******** care ignores my emails. I have called multiple times and keep getting told "someone will call you". I have asked to speak to a manager 3 times and keep getting told "someone will call you". I have had to buy a mattress to sleep on. I have basically no clothes and had to buy new ones. I have important work equipment I need to see patients in my boxes, which I don't have access to. I live alone in *** and have nobody here. I need my move delivered before I start full time (July 1). The company has ignored all of my complaints. I have been waiting for a call back from a manager since June 23. I do not know what else to do. Avoid this company at all costs. They are extremely unprofessional and misrepresent what they are able to offer customers. 1 starIn March 2020 we contacted AEY logistics to schedule movers for May 28th. We informed them they are moving a 2 bedroom house. After paying the deposit, we would hear nothing from them until I called to check status on 5/244 days prior to my move. Having been told they are moving a 2 bedroom house, they send an article list (never having been over every single article to be taken prior to this.) So I inform them that it is a 2 bedroom home and I will have to get rid of a lot of things last minute so I am not charged more fees. We were informed from the beginning that ALL packing materials including blankets, wrapping, and tape is included in our already steep price. I send pictures of my home and my furniture, I spend an hour on the phone with someone measuring every single piece of furniturenow 2 days prior to my move. So then we get a new estimate of DOUBLE what we originally planned. One day prior we get a new estimate emailed to us. They explain that packing is gonna cost hundreds extraoriginally stated as included in the price and proceeds to snicker and makes comments like we arent getting any money out of this, I dont care if you use packing supplies, I dont get paid for it. They proceed to explain that our space limit is 3 lines on the wall of the truck. They pack in the small items first, not going all the way to the top of the truck as promised.They finish packing our truck, leaving me with SO MANY items to pack in my car or get rid of. I had to pay a service to come and remove my items from the home for $175. We pay them another $1250 and they explain that our stuff should be delivered in **** days, I put ASAP on all the paperwork, they explain they have someone having furniture delivered to Washington in a few days and mine should be on that delivery.Currently going through my items and I notice my glasses in a box (I packed with wrapping paper inside each cup and bubble wrap around each cup, tightly packed with no layering) are completely shatter
