Item #************ - Purchase: 06/2024 When scheduling an appointment with customer service, I was told via a phone call that we needed to schedule an appointment with or via a Bidadoo representative. The representative at that time stated they had clear instructions to not disclose that information (buyer). Due to the delayed information and the lack of communication with site contact (Bidadoo would not provide), I faced issues scheduling with 3rd party agencies.I called Bidadoo again and re requested the site contact information to better schedule a 3rd party transportation.The customer service **** provided me with site contacts info. At the time of the phone call with site contact stated additional parts had been taken from the vehicle we had purchased. Via the conversation with ****, addtl. information arose. From **** (site contact) the vehicle that I bought was not what I had previously thought I had purchased based on listing description. The vehicle I had bought was a 2018 RAM 5500 Diesel.Based on the conversation with the site contact I had bought a 2018 RAM 5500 with a gas.Update:According to Bidadoo, the item was forfeited. I have not forfeited the item and I would still want to pick up a vehicle but customer service rep ****** and ****** -********************** Reps.and Supervisor) at Bidadoo denied my request. I am seeking and requesting a refund in full based on false advertisement and the 100% Guarantee.I have proof that the vehicle was listed incorrectly. Thank you for reaching out and for bringing this issue to our attention. We take customer feedback seriously and want to ensure a fair and transparent resolution. Below is our response to the concerns raised by the customer.
- Auction Terms and Payment: The customer won the unit at our auction on 9/10/2024. As per our auction terms, payment was due within 3 days of the auction close. However, the customer did not make the full payment until 9/18/2024 (partial payment) and 9/20/2024 (remaining balance). While we understand that delays can happen, our policy requires payment to be completed within 3 days of winning the auction.
- Pickup and Storage Fees: According to our auction terms, the customer had 14 days from the auction date (9/10/2024) to pick up the unit. After the 14-day period, storage fees of $50 per day began to accrue. Unfortunately, the unit was not picked up within that timeframe, and storage fees were charged accordingly.
- Forfeiture: The unit remained uncollected for more than 60 days. As outlined in our terms, after ******************************** when the storage fees equal the sale price, whichever comes first, the item is forfeited. In this case, the unit was forfeited, and the customers payments were retained to cover the accrued storage fees.
- Listing Accuracy: Regarding the customers concerns about the vehicle description the buyer never once called us regarding any issues with the accuracy of the listing, We began the forfeiture process in December due to the unit not being picked up. Once forfeit was complete is when the buyer contacted us to vent all their frustrations regarding the pickup. After speaking to the buyer for some time I decided to hear them out and their issues they experienced. I called the pickup location, they stated nothing is missing from the truck and the truck can be picked up at any time. On December 12th at 12:03 PST I emailed the buyer to ask them to forward the correspondence, the text messages, emails, names and phone numbers the buyer claimed to be involved in all of these discrepancies and missing parts on the unit they purchased. They never responded with any correspondence or information showing who told them about these discrepancies.
- Resolution: Regrettably, as the unit was forfeited due to the customers failure to pick it up within the allotted time and the accrued storage fees, we are unable to offer a refund. We have followed the procedures outlined in our auction terms, and as such, we cannot provide a refund in this case.

I have spent over $50,000 with Bidadoo in the last week, purchasing one excavator and one skid steer. Unit was listed as used, but verified condition.JLG bucket lift received with a battery so depleted it could not be jumped and with alternator/fan belt missing...as a result, unit would not start and could not be unloaded from delivery truck until I purchased and replaced battery. I am rejecting this response because:First I have been an **** member since the beginning, a very long time ago.
I purchased these two Forklifts, item numbers are below and emailed **** about my concern, but I have not heard anything back, so I reached out to BBB.
I think it is very obvious that there is shill bidding going on on multiple auctions that Bidadoo has and has has listed. Please look at the bidders on closed auctions, its all the same type of shill bidding.
Its great that they replied to the BBB that there is not shill bidding, but I think it is very obvious. I have been in contact with our State Attorney General, I think the press will be my next step if something substantial is not done with this type of fraud.
Please take a look at any of the hundreds of auctions that bidadoo has, you will see the same patterns. Look at their items and you will see the shill bidders...
Look at these bidders below on the same forklift that I purchased, this is on other listings also.
Last 30 days?
218 total bids on 63 different items, 100% Bidadoo only?, 48 Bid retractions? There are so many bidders that are only bidding on Bidadoo items. The same behavior on all the other listings shows that this is shill bidding and not owner of the equipment.

Complaint regarding bid cancellation and unfair treatment by Bidadoo. Im reaching out to express my dissatisfaction and frustration regarding a recent transaction with Bidadoo. I made payments for item#************* that I won. Total payments made were $75,495.20. I had called and confirmed with customer service and finance department of funds and they were all accounted for. Bidadoo decided to cancel my winning bid and awarded the item to another bidder after confirming receiving my money. This action not only violates a trust and integrity of the bidding process, but also constitutes illegal and unethical business practices. It is unacceptable to take away an item that I had won and assign it to someone else, which they had the entire payment for. The entire team decided to put me off and refuse my calls the entire day. I spent eight hours on the phone and not a single person was able to help me. They kept pointing to *************************, who is traveling and working. They also accidentally spilled that they have assigned it to another bidder. I asked them why? this is unethical. They responded with we are just trying to get all the ducks to row together. Whatever that means. I have not engaged in any wrongdoing or violation of **** policies to earn such treatment. I felt discriminated while speaking to every single employee at Bidadoo. I was dealt with condescending attitude, short answers, and a whole lot of disrespect. I had acquired Hard money and bank loans to secure this item and received payments from all my lenders to forward to Bidadoo. Without any phone call, any email and any text they cancelled my item. I was planning to use this equipment to further grow my one-man business in the truck industry and they decided to hurt me so bad that I wouldnt be able to recover from this. Again that is a lie. I gave all info asked by bidadoo. I'm not loosing $2700 plus shipping to ******* when you would NOT let me inspect until paid for NOR give a location where it was. The forklift has over 7000 hours on it not what ad says! Steering and transmission NOT in working order as claimed to be good in ad. Hydro hoses are completely unsafe to use, they are most likely from 1999! I am writing to file an extremely serious complaint against Bidadoo regarding a truck purchase I made through their **** platform. The reprehensible actions of Bidadoo have left me utterly appalled and financially devastated.Upon purchasing the truck, it became glaringly evident that Bidadoo had egregiously misrepresented its condition. Despite their acknowledgment of the inaccurate listing during my attempted pickup, they brazenly failed to honor their commitment to rectify the situation and process a refund as promised. Now, after nearly a month of futile attempts to obtain redress, Bidadoo has callously subjected me to a relentless cycle of evasion and obfuscation. Their reprehensible conduct is not only infuriating but unequivocally fraudulent. I am now unjustly out of pocket by $11,700, with Bidadoo exhibiting a flagrant disregard for accountability and customer satisfaction.Compounding their deceitful behavior, Bidadoo has shamelessly reposted the same truck and sold it to another unsuspecting buyer, effectively profiting twice from their deceitful practices.Despite exhausting all conceivable avenues for resolution, Bidadoo's deafening silence and evasiveness have left me with no recourse but to escalate this matter to the Better Business Bureau (BBB). It is my fervent hope that the BBB will intervene swiftly and decisively to address Bidadoo's gross misconduct and hold them accountable for their reprehensible actions.I implore the BBB to take swift and decisive action to rectify this egregious situation and ensure that Bidadoo is held accountable for their deceitful and fraudulent practices. Listing said air conditioning not operational. It did not say someone removed alot of parts.air conditioning system including engine mounts,freon lines,bracket that holds air cleaner,heater parts and antifreeze leak. Improper amount of antifreeze.
