    I had left for vacation when my neighbor called me to let me know people were in my yard. I had no idea what was going on. Nothing had been scheduled. ***************************** with Fields Roof Service just decided it was a good time for his team to start working. I called and asked him about it and was frustrated but said to go ahead. When I returned from vacation my gutters were bent from ladders leaning on the roof. It was a rushed sloppy job. I sent photos of issues we discussed that were in the bid only to repeatedly send more emails trying to schedule a time to make the repairs, ******* home from work, and finding no one showed up. Upon having my hot water heater replaced I was given a heads-up that the **venting was not done correctly and fell out of the ceiling when they moved the hot water heater. I thought I would be kind and research/purchase all of the correct **venting from Fergusons for $224.39 and ask for Fields Roof to replace it. I would pay for the venting part. It was all still under warranty. Fields Roof sent someone out to take a look. After that, I called and emailed only to be told the person who needed to approve was on vacation, and more excuses after that. This was a horrible experience.
