5 starsI am very pleased with their work, the entire crew was very professional, my house looks so much better with beautiful roof. I had many bidders and ***************** presented himself better than anyone else. He explained everything about what I should know before hiring roofer which made me it was safe to go with him. My entire neighborhood hired him so it shows he is good. He also accommodated my needs in addition to doing ******* which was exceptional. Do not hire just because they are cheap, hire someone who will leave you feel safe. Special thanks to **** who worked so hard to finish all the tasks. Will I hire him if I have to do the roof again? New windows can be / are expensive! It was very important to me to shop around not only for pricing, but also for someone that knew what they were doing, not a fly by night company, and stood behind the product. Not only did JP at Team Roofing Northwest offer that (by not only a Lifetime warranty on windows, but ALSO LABOR!!) but also my installers have over 50 years of experience together in window installation! **** and ****** who installed the windows were professional, courteous, conscience of making sure my home was respected (putting down drop clothes, vacuuming the window "dust") and also talking with me about what they were doing and why there were doing something if I had any questions. Already I can feel a difference in my home from the old windows to the new!! Very, very happy with this company and would highly recommend them to everyone needing any type of window replacement!

1 starHorrible experience with them. Had them replace my siding and was told 4-6 weeks. It took months and complete lack of communication. When the job was completed I found many cigarette butts, nails, and screws all around my home. Also found sharp pieces of metal scraps which is unacceptable because I have children. Also very inconsistent gaps in the siding where some places there was over a 1/4" and others there were no gap at all! They used prefinished siding and the color matching caulking is turning white! I can see every nail under every window making it very unattractive. I've emailed them and never received any response. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!Review fromRobert P

5 starsTeam Roofing Northwest was extraordinary! Everything about my roof replacement was first rate. The quote was reasonable and the work was accomplished in the timeframe I needed. I was impressed by the attention to detail and their timely status updates. The installation was quick and efficient. Every neighbor on my street has commented on how good the new roof looks. 5 starsThis company could not have been any better!!! They showed up on time, they got my roof done in record time and when I decided on the 2nd day that I would like new gutters as well, they made that happen. I thought it would be into the next week since it was last minute, but they were able to have the gutter installer come out the very next day and do the job. I was able to get a complete new roof and gutters in 3 days. Amazing crew, quality work, couldn't be more impressed. They also cleaned up the entire yard when they were done better than any other company that I had work o my house. They obviously take pride in their work, and it shows.
