Needed a new roof for my home and got 3 bids. Three Tree Roofing not only gave a great bid, but also pointed out some things unique to my home that the other 2 companies didn't bother to mention. Three Tree kept me up to date on everything leading up to re-roof. When the actual work began the roofer were professional and kept yard clean every evening. Completed the work on time and very happy with the re-roof job. Would highly recommend!Review from Dan Y

I have used Three Tree Roofing on two of my homes and they provide excellent service, communication and follow up. I own my own company and watching them execute their service from beginning to end and I can attest they do it right. As someone who is busy and does not have a lot of time I can trust them through the entire process. The reputation they are known for was proven on both of my jobs. We highly recommend Three Tree Roofing for residential skylight and roof replacement!The office personnel and crew were extremely professional in mannerism and workmanship. Extremely clear and informative at discussing products and processes. Absolutely no pressure to choose their company or certain products of choice. They never devalued competitors company nor products even when opportunity arose. The project manager and ******* were easily accessible from the contract sign up through closure. To our relief, they processed the permit and warranty package on our behalf. Considerate of our safety, they contacted us with the names of individuals who would be on the property and date/time frame of when the necessary containers would be delivered and removed. The crew did not go off-site for lunch breaks and such; and they cleaned up after themselves each day.Five Stars for Three Tree Roofing!Review from Robin M

Very pleased with Three Tree. They responded quickly, worked hard through less than ideal conditions. I was expecting the worst after dealing with State roofing, but Three Tree came through and did a great job. I would highly recommend them.Review from Darryn G

Of the bids I received for the replacement of my roof, Three Tree Roofing was only slightly higher than the others. However, their warranty was twice as long as any others. If a company is willing to warranty their work for twice as long for only a little bit more, that was the selling point for me. And the A+ rating from the BBB. The work only took two days with a crew of 5. These people worked non stop from the time they arrived until the time they left with only a lunch break that I noticed. They brought a "honey bucket" and a large dumpster for the debris. I was very happy with what I saw in their teamwork and the quality of my roof repair. I would recommend this company if anyone is in need of a roof repair.Review from Kara S

Very satisfied with the work done by Three Tree Roofing: my roof is more steep and complicated than most houses, and I am pleased with all aspects of the removal and installation of my composite material roof. All employees communicated well, including the salesman, the job supervisor, the *******, and the workers who did the job. They arrived early each morning and left the place cleaned up at the end of each day. There was an uncontrollable weather delay, but I was promptly notified and consulted. Further, the salesman was consultative and did not try to sell me products I didn't need. Pricing was reasonable, and of the two other companies that bid on my job, I am pleased that I chose Three Tree.Review from Andrew D

I was going to change the roof anyway when it started leaking. Their sales rep prioritized our discussion to allow me to make a decision quickly. It helped that they are a preferred installer of Malarkey shingles that capture smog from the air. Their bid also came in lower than two other companies I talked with. They sent someone the next day to put a tarp on the rook and avoid damage. They came a few weeks later for the installation. They didnt need me to be at home when they started the job. i appreciated the flexibility as I had planned to go on a short vacation on that date.There were a couple of issues that needed remediation which got taken care of promptly. I also appreciated the fact that they reused the plywood instead of making me pay for new one. In other words, no unnecessary charges.All in all, I have a new roof, of good quality, professionally installed, at a decent price. I recommend them highly.Review from Michael V

Excellent service and workmanship. Three Tree went above and beyond by fixing a gap in the soffit left by another contractor. Very easy to work with and thorough. Also reasonable pricing.
