      quick dry came to my house after hot water tank leaked ,the bill was total scam to collect more money from the insurance company .i was charged 960 dollars for a hot water tank reset that the pluming company already charge for ,they said they had all this after hour charges that are not true .they have a company called black water billing who sent me a letter to lien my house and the i was in dispute over the bill it wasn't even 90 days when the lien letter was sent out ,you can never get in touch with anyone by phone .my insurance company has done everything they can do and are well a where of black water billing. I have all supporting docs to prove this and NO one at QUICK DRY WILL CONTACT ME .

      Without a doubt the most unprofessional business Ive dealt with. They never scheduled anything for their daily moisture checks, I would just get a call from one of their employees stating they would be at my house in 15 minutes. The FEW times they gave me multiple hour notice of their drop ins, they either cancelled or were super late. They sent a different employee every day, and I would have to answer the same questions every day. Wheres the Crawl Space? .There isnt one, its built on a slab. Then they would look at me like I was an idiot, so I would show them, and theyd be like Oh, there isnt one. EVERY DAY.The project manager, *****, made all sorts of promises about speed, efficiency, communication and I got zero of that. I was told they would contact my homeowners insurance company to provide all the needed information. They didnt. I tried multiple times to reach the manager to no avail. It took so long, my homeowners insurance closed my claim. It was eventually reopened after I sent the project manager a text explaining my displeasure, and he finally answered.I was told they would schedule a rebuild, they still havent. They just billed me $2600, to leave a machine, stop by a dozen times to check moisture and tear out the 8 sq ft of drywall. They still havent scheduled the rebuild, which the demo was done in *********************** overcharges, doesnt communicate, doesnt schedule times to show up, late. I highly recommend finding anyone else.
