1 starIf I could give less than a star I would. Unfortunately I have to agree with the other BBB reports. To bad I didn't come here first. I found a 2024 Ram 1500, SN #RN138173, This truck was advertised for $36,000 on the **********, ******, ********** and Kirkland websites. It was physically at the Kirkland lot, where I went and drove it, submitted my financing, once approved, I decided to take the truck. Once I got my purchase order, there were a few extras added to the vehicle. Extended warranty $4,633, Lojack $795, Maintenance program $1860 and a protection package for $999. All this added up to $8,287 on top of the advertised price of $36,000. I spoke to a sales manager and declined all the extras, just write it up with the Lojack since it was already installed, tax, license, whatever fees, and I will take it. He told me that they would not sell a vehicle and lose money. I would have to take the extras so the dealership could make some money on it. We went back and forth a few times, but in the end they would not sell me the truck for the amount it was advertised for. I mentioned that this seemed like deceptive sales tactics, bait and switch if you will. He stated that he didn't like that they advertised vehicles for a low price that they wouldn't actually sell then for, he didn't like having conversations like this one. I then reached out to **** ***** in *****, they advertised a 2025 Ram 1500 for $38,000, and they stood behind their word! **** ***** was a very good purchasing experience. In Kirkland, beware of deceptive tactics, they truly didn't care about this potential customer. I have never left a review before... Since I was solicited again today if I still wanted a vehicle, after I have requested to be removed from any further communication over a week ago, I decided it was time.Review fromMary C

1 starFinally on our last 2 (free) oil changes. My husband took our car in this time with a (scheduled) appointment. After 1.5 hours he inquired why it was still in service. The customer service *** didn't seem to loke that question and took a while to get our vehicle and then proceeded to upsell some additional services. My husband told him we were not interested and just wanted our car after already asking why it was taking so long with an appointment we had (oil changes are literally 30 minutes if you don't know what you're doing). Apparently the customer service person (****) Didn't like that response and continued to show his irritation before my husband left. I then received the following text message from **** at Rairdons : " Hello Ms **** not sure if you get these texts, but just wanted you to know our Tech did recommend new wipers, new engine air filter, and a brake flush. The "gentleman" that brought your ******** was not interested in considering these recommendations. Just wanted you to be aware."I inquired on the air quotes for the word of "gentlemen" before my husband called me to state how rude the service person was and the delays. This is exactly what you should expect with this dealership and the people they employ. We are buying another vehicle, just never at Rairdons again including future services and I encourage others to stay away as well. Going to file a BBB to ensure their rating remains accurate....Asked for a manager and **** stopped answering. Perhaps filing a BBB complaint will suffice for a responseReview fromMichael J

1 starWhat a mess . I purchased a used truck from our of state and was told it would be registered in ****** for me. A month later I still have no way to register the vehicle in ****** because no paperwork was sent to me or the **** I received a notification that my Washington plates were ready at the dealership. I contacted them and they said that was automatically generated when they were on the way it's been a week now and still nothing even though they said they would send them to me so a could take it in to the **** So much for registering it for me . I have bought out of state before and never had any problems? As far as the vehicle is like all used vehicles it needs a little work. The alternator blew on the way home . When I was going over the paperwork I saw during the inspection the battery light was on supposed to be resolved but I think they just turned off the code.Review fromAlisha G

1 starThis has been hands down my worst dealer experience in my life. I've been buying cars for 30 years, and i've never been treated so poorly as with this dealer. the service department is a disaster...and if not for the warranty work i'd go elsewhere. i only wish i'd read all the horrible reviews before i got this far. How this is still happening I do not know. and if I could give zero stars i would.Review fromGeorge S

1 starDo not do business with this car dealership. Classic bait and switch sales techniques: very dishonest. Unfortunately, I completely agree with all the other one star reviews.Review fromAaron M

1 starI bought a used 2012 F250 on mere years eve 2023. Test drive went fine. They claimed they put new brakes on it. On my way home the breaks started to screech really bad. I bought it back as its a safety issue. Along with this the defrost didnt work either. So they agreed to fix both issues. They took 4.5 weeks to fix my truck. The loaner car they gave me had expired plates (that I didnt notice when I took it) and a really bad pull to the right. I tried to switch it for another loaner and it was all they had. After getting a slow leak on a tire I took it to ******************* to repair the leaking valvestem. The tech found the the front passenger tire on the inside was tread separation side wall. It was starting to bubble. Instead of driving it from *********** to Kirkland I paid to have the tire replaced bringing them the bad tire back. I was told they would reimburse my cost of the tire. Its been 5 weeks and I have not been reimbursed yet. My voice mails have not been returned.Review fromJessica R

1 starThis happened in begging of August** **** told me I was approved for financing and I had to put a down payment of $11,000. Great, no problem. I asked them not to run my card until I called bank and raised my spending limit. While I was on hold with my bank they ran my card and when it was declined they tried to run it for $50. That set off a fraud alert on my account and it was immediately frozen, this was a Saturday so there was nothing I could do until Monday. The next day (Sunday) the manager (I think) told me that I had already signed paper work and if I didn't pay them $11,000 right then, they would call the police and have me charged with a felony. Obviously I was really upset so I called my lawyer and he told me to get out of there and not say another word to them. On Monday I found I found out that the bank they said approved me, didn't actually approve me and it was all a scam because they have 5 days from when you take the car to find you financing. Also, the next day the girl who helped me while I was in there, messaged me and promised me if I came back I wouldn't have to deal with the guy who threatened me. So now they have ran 88, yes 88 hard inquiries on my credit report and still to this day keep running them, even though I already bought a car almost 2 months ago elsewhere.Review fromErik M

1 starI had a very unpleasant experience with the ************ center recently. The customer service was appalling. On Tuesday 7/18 I dropped my vehicle off for various issues Ive been experiencing as well as some normal maintenance. On Friday 7/21 I called to check in on the status of my vehicle as no one had reached out to give me an update yet. The service advisor on the phone informed me that my driveshaft had been modified and I would need to approve 2 hours of labor to look into it further. I told her this was an issue as my driveshaft has not been modified by me or authorized to be modified by me. She then told me she would need to speak with the technician and call me back in a few minutes. A couple of hours went by and I did not hear back so I reached back out and they told me that I would need to call back Monday and speak with the Service Manager. I did not wait until Monday and took it upon myself to reach out to FCA and open a case against this dealer. Over the course of the next few days their story as to why they wouldnt work on my vehicle under Warranty change twice more. On Tuesday 7/25, someone reached out to me and then explained to me they had found impact damage under my car from off-roading and it would be about $900 to repair. I told them I would not like them to do the repairs as I dont trust them. they then went on to try and bribe me by dropping the price down to $600 but ONLY if I gave them 10s on their surveys as anything lower is considered a fail. I declined and let them know I would like to pick my vehicle up. Upon picking my car up I did pay for an alignment they supposedly did however once I left I wasnt sure if they actually performed that service or they just did a terrible job as my alignment is worse than when I originally brought it in. (Attached is a picture of me driving straight)Review fromMichael G

1 starThe service department is TERRIBLE. I bought a Pacifica from **************** less than 4 years ago. The Auto Start/Stop feature stopped working. They charged $200 for diagnostics and $300 for the repair, which was a new Auxiliary battery. When I went to pay, the cashier told me the aux battery died after less than 4 years because it was "poor quality". I told them I shouldn't have to pay when they sold me a "poor quality" part, and I shouldn't have to pay the diagnostic fee if this was a known problem.Their general manager proceeded to tell me that they take NO RESPONSIBILITY for this because they didn't manufacture the battery. I pointed out that they are the one who sold it to me, I didn't choose which aux battery goes in the car. I certainly didn't pay a premium for a Chrysler and expect to get "poor quality" parts. He continued to express that ********* takes NO RESPONSIBILITY for what they sold.Review fromRebeca N

1 starTl:dr - stay away from this dealership - they waste your time, lie to your face, have unethical business practices and practice bait and switch sales tactics.I went to rairdons to upgrade my jeep grand Cherokee. They made me an offer for my trade in and I selected a vehicle that was posted online. We had settled on all the details via text with the sales ***************** and GM *****. When we got there, we test drove the vehicle and were ready to sign the paperwork. Thats when they asked ** if we were ok with a different car (same model, different color). Im a little skeptical but Ok, sure. Im not particular about the color. We test drove that vehicle, and then they tell ** they cant honor the trade in value they had promised. Dropped the offer by about $6k.We walked out the door and will NOT be returning. Completely disgusted by their bait and switch tactics, you cant trust a word they say. I recommend staying away from this dealership and their shady unethical business practices. Isnt bait and switch illegal?
