      My wife and I visited Sono Bello on July 8th and ended up putting down a $100 deposit for a procedure. My wife setup an appointment for a few days out. After speaking with her pulmonologist, she was advised not to go through with the procedure.I explained this to the person that accepted our deposit and I was told we would need a doctors note explaining in detail her medical issues and refused to return the deposit. The details are not their business and not a reason to withhold return of my deposit.

It's just poor business practice to make someone, like many others before me, file a complaint here with the BBB to get a refund that should have been sent when asked instead of telling the customer no.

      I went to sono bello in *************** last year. When I went in we agreed on a package that included liposuction in my stomach and my sides and also a tummy tuck. The package included 3 free ***** treatments also the day of the surgery I paid for an additional area of my back. I actual** squeezed the fat in the area of my back that I wanted done. 30 days after I went to my follow up and I wasn't happy but they said it was swelling and it would go down 6 months later I went back still not happy *** asking about the ***** treatments they stated I was supposed to do that sooner it was a waste at that time. (I was never told to schedule them.) They agreed to do a revision surgery free she said they would call me to reschedule. I got a call the next day saying my pre op would be Monday and my surgery would be Wed with a different doctor I told them bo I work and dont want a new doctor. So I canceled and started putting up bad reviews after I did that the head quarters called me to try to resolve the is*** I agreed to go in a month later for a pre op when I went in the doctor asked the nurse howbshe should proceed and wasn't sure how *** was going to fix it. I felt **** a test dummy so I canceled. I then got a call from headquarters again asking why I canceled I explained she offered me a ***** dollar refund. I told her I would think about it. I got back to her the next week *** said no I want a full refund she said no she would give me back ***** which is half of what I paid they didn't give me services they did the wrong area of my back they didn't do the top of my stomach and my sides are lopsided and my stomach is lumpy and hard I don't agree with this. I don't thinkbit is right and I deserve a refund the o ** way to fix me is to have surgery again which I am not doing but i have to live like this disfigured the rest of my life the least they could do is give me my money back.

      I had liposuction done to my stomach and thighs and knees. The dr who did the surgery was ***************. When I seen her for follow up appointments, I told her I was not happy with a few issues in my stomach and my legs. She informed me that my stomach could have more fat removed but didn't agree to anything on my legs. Which I feel was wrong and due to her leaving the practice at the end of the month. I had a consultation done elsewhere this month and was told I definitely could have more removed from my stomach and my legs could be fixed to look more even. I am looking for them to fix the issue or reimburse me half my money back if not all

      I'm filing this complaint on behalf of my daughter. Her information used in the transaction is listed below. The transaction for services with Sono Bello occurred on 5/29/24. These services were requested at the ******, ** location. On the same date, 5/29/24, she changed her mind for receiving these services and requested a refund. The office at this location agreed to a refund (see uploaded document); however, they told her the refund had to come from the corporate office and it would take 14 days. The original transaction debited her checking account on 5/30/24 for $2495. As of today, 7/8/24, she has still not received her refund.************************* **************************************** **************

      I read some reviews about certain doctor in this place so i decided to change the doctor **** going to operate on me , its horrible review. So went with different doctor but same place and what he does he ruined me and I lost my money , many people mentioned (if you go to this place after you pay them they operate on you. They will be dismissive and they dont care about you. Its all about how much you paid them in your pocket) the doctor **** butcher me and destroy my body taking $7k almost for nothing without any result , so when I went going back to follow up and tell them that I didnt achieving what he had been said to me The doctor turned nasty attitude and changed his demeanor from I would do this and that to what I can do for you? Youre done and I am happy with my job i think I did a good result!!!! Are you kidding me . I dont even have extra wait or I am fat. Im not. Im just normal average person, but I struggle with little bulge around my tummy I didnt received any results its scam and I will file lawsuit against this doctor **** butcher half of my stomach and left the other part who appear as deformed. Why I have to go through this whole process painful and most important he got paid to ruin me. It took me 4 straight months to get rid of pain and I am still hurting after the Bruise is gone I still suffer from the tissue damage and tearing up my tissue inside. They saying its Guarantee patients will be happy with results if not theyre responsible to fix their mistake which they didnt.

      I am rejecting this response because: you indicate you gave me two options! you only gave me  one option that the doctor is going to see me and give me their Second opinion you did not offer me another thing which is vague when you say we have two option?. I want get a refund or correction for the damage and disfigure the doctor caused me at lower abdominal cavity . I cannot do surgery again, I dont think I will receive any result and I dont want go through the pain  I went  through from first surgery. My suggestion is to have my refund back and you can keep the deposit the first initial $2000.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      They didnt have any resolution yet , they did offered me small amount of customer 
      Satisfaction but theres a term I have to sign in order to receive the small amount however I am not sure of the legal documents they presented to me theyre many  of pegs which I am not familiar with! Until I get to see a lawyer, I dont think 1500 dollars the price I should get back , I dont except that amount not even near what I paid for my surgery, travel costs and the pain that  deformed my tummy shape who I left with, in top of that they ask me to waive all my rights now and in the future from any legal action against them which I seen not reasonable to do so since their practice going down very soon, theyre got highly negative reviews from others patients whos demanding justice for what wrongly done to them including me.  I am seek help from this site and I will seek help from attorney general and I will highly going with option of contacting a lawyer first.

      In August of 2023 I put a downpayment for lipo and was attempting to make payments. My down payment was $500 and I made 1 more payment of $500. I contacted them by phone in June of 2024 and was told that I would get a call back. No one contacted me, so I went into their office and no one besides the rep could talk to me. She made it sound like I wasnt getting my money back. I recorded our conversation. Nothing was done so I took it upon myself to leave a badreview on ******* I was email and called. I was told that I would have my money June 28th but there was no money. Its now July 2nd I have called left messages and sent a text message. I hope I will be getting my $1000 soon because its been hard. I was told over the phone that if I didnt get surgery in a certain amount of time then they are supposed to send a check.

      So like so many mothers, I dreaded the way my body looked. I worked out, fasted, and pretty much done everything to get a body I didnt have to feel trapped in. After my 2nd child was born, I got a mummy makeover, breast reduction and lipo done. I wasnt happy with the results almost 2 years later. So when I came across Sono Bello, I was pretty excited. I like to think that my pain tolerance is high and I thought this was going to be a cake walk. I had a consultation on 6/25 and I was scheduled for surgery 6/29. It all happened too fast and I was excited. Hear me loud and clear: when I tell you I ALMOST DIEDthis was no joke. I was in so much agonizing pain. I was screaming. Even though I was in and out of consciousness, I remember the nurse holding my hands trying to calm me down (she meant well). BUT THE DOCTOR: she started getting frustrated and started giving me ultimatums like we are going to stop the procedure because you arent handling this well. Mind you my heart rate skyrocketed to 170s. I then remember her saying to give me ***** minutes for my heart beat to go down. Then pain was so intense I was losing consciousness. Then to make it worsethe doctor brings the suctioning tool with a tissue dangling on the tip to where I can see it and said you have scarred tissue and this might not work or something along those lines. So I am nervous that I would look disfigured but also trying to comprehend what scarred tissue means. I am all drugged up, Im so much pain. Doctor showed zero compassion. Its wild because surgery was about 3 days ago and my memory is coming back of what I heard and I will tell you know that there is not enough money in this world to make me go through this pain again. EVER again. False advertisement that the pain is minimal. Not even close. Never in my life did I think I would be under the care of a doctor would show frustration when my body flinched and twitched from pain. I felt used. I am very disappointed. 0% compassion

      I received liposuction from ******************** at SonoBello-*************** on 9/19/2023. My procedure consisted of the lower abs, outer thighs, top of thighs, and hips. My total procedure costed $9,000. I had follow-up appointments after 2 weeks, 3 months and 6 months following surgery. Each time I informed the nurse I wasn't happy with the results & wanted to see the doctor. I was told that the doctors never see their patients post surgery for any follow-*** unless requested. Then she said it takes several months for results. I requested to see my surgeon for my 6 month checkup. Met with ******************** on 5/16/2024 to go over my complaints. I showed him the fat on my hips was still there when he promised that would be gone on both sides. I showed him the bulging fat & skin hanging on the sides of both thighs and my lower abs still showed a roll of fat when sitting. He smirked the entire time and never once showed me my before/after photos from each visit. He said there was skin on the outer thighs that had to be removed, which they didn't do (I had no idea of this), why wasn't I told that in the beginning? Now I have sagging fat/skin bulging on both outer thighs and the doctor didn't seem to care. He did say that he could do a touchup & take more fat out from my hips and outer thighs. He ignored the stomach issue. I asked if the touchup could be scheduled and he said the nurse would handle that. The nurse never rescheduled with me and walked me out. Before she left, I asked her if I could schedule my touch-up and she said I would get a call. It's been 2 months and no call. I didn't thing they would call since SonoBello is a corporation & don't care about their patients, only making money. My contract said deficient unsatisfactory results would be addressed and touchup done at no cost. It's horrible to use all your savings to be disappointed with no compassion or help from SonoBello. They just want as many patients they can get & don't care what happens afterwards.

      I received a personal call from the Practice Manager from Sono Bello-King of Prussia regarding my complaint. We discussed everything in detail and we've scheduled my appointment for the Fall timeframe to receive a touch-up to the areas on my body that are a concern. *** (Manager) was very nice and accommodating and I appreciate her support. She did not hesitate to get be rescheduled so my concerns can be addressed. Her help meant a lot.

      My first visit with Sono bello they deducted $2,500 from my credit card on 2/23/24. On 2/28/24 I was scheduled for pre op visit but due to high blood pressure my procedure was canceled by sonobello healthcare provider. On 2 /29/24 I went to my PCP for a followup visit. Medication was prescribed and my pressure was back to normal. I contacted sonobello to reschedule my procedure but they wanted my PCP to release me. My PCP contacted me and scheduled me an immediate mammogram. That had me concerned. My results stated abnormal calcification on my *******, and had to be scheduled for a 2nd sonogram and a biopsy. A lump was found on my right breast. I have a follow up in November to see if the size of the lump will change. My doctor advised against the procedure. I have made several attempts to contact ****** from the ********************** since 2/29/24 and explained my health concerns and requested to cancel this whole procedure and get my refund, and she informed me that a refund will be issued and to allow the refund time to process. Several months have gone by, no one contacted me. I am left without any assistance. She initially promised to give it time for a refund but it's been a while now. It is now July and no one has contacted me or issued any refunds. ****** was helpful in keeping me updated but has now stopped responding to my texts. Please assist me with this situation. I have medical bills that I have to pay and this money would help me cover my medical bills and my ongoing visits and follow up referrals. I have now changed my whole life decision since the lump was discovered and nothing matters than to have my health back. I do appreciate that sonobello had concerns about my health which ked me to see my doctor who then found the cause of my blood pressure si high at that time. Liposuction is not in my list of to do at this point. I am a single mother that needs to focus on my health. Please help. Your assistance will greatly be appreciated.!

      They are charging me for a surgery that I couldnt have. And will not tell me where my deposit ($2,000) went.Nice and upbeat when you go in. But the sales person is NOT a Dr. *** will be sent to OKC to see an actual surgeon that will be determine if you are a candidate for whatever procedure you are wanting.and if you are NOT a candidate they will still charge you.This is what happen to me:I was suppose to get arm lipo and chin lipo. I supposedly came on the perfect day because the chin lipo was going to be free. The total amount was going to be about $5,000. The deposit of $2,000 would be applied to the total. I went to preop appointment in ************* with ******************** and he said that I am NOT a candidate for my arm surgery and that he wouldnt do it. I still wanted my chin done and was told he would do that and the girls in ***** could just charge me for my chin. My chin cost $2,992.60. So I should owe $992.60 right? No, they are charging me the total of both surgerys $5,000 even though I wasnt a candidate for my arms and only had my chin done.I was told 5x that the price would be adjusted by the Dr and the women in ***** (**************************) I called the day of my surgery to confirm that the amount would be corrected. They confirmed and said they would call me the next day because I might be loopey from the medication.I have texts and proof that I have reach out before and after surgery.
