    The door controller Devices stopped working with ***** after Wyze completed and update to the devices, they could easily retract the update and would not help, they should either fix the device update or provide a full refund.

    TERRIBLE - COULD NOT CONNECT - NO CALL BACK FROM WYZE SUPPORT AS PROMISED. I connected all 26 of my door/window sensors without issue. As soon as I updated the Hub, EVERYTHING went off line and I have not been able to reconnect anything since. They sent me a new Hub, and Im still unable to connect any of my sensors. I tried hard wired directly into the router, no success. I tried ****, no success, I tried logging in and out, no success, I tried closing app and re-opening, no success. Nothing works. I called Wyze support twice now and NO ONE has called me back to attempt to resolve the issue. I spent hundreds of dollars on window/door sensors, motion sensors, cameras and all, if I do not get a call back by Tuesday of this coming week, Ill send everything back. It angers me off because I have already attached all the door/window sensors and the returns unfortunately for Wyze will have no sticky pads when they are all returned. **** customer service is terrible! I waited for 46 minutes before hanging up the phone attempting to make contact with tech support. When I do make contact they go thru the same BS requests of sending them the files or whatever they wanna call them, but in the end NO ONE returns calls or has reached out to me to resolve the issue! I havent received a call or even an email advising me what the issue is or to walk me thru a process! If this is the type of response you get from customer service, Id suggest you find another company to spend your hundreds and hundreds of dollars on, because these idiots can care less!! They obviously only care about taking your money and providing zero help!

    Terrible Service.. I was told to delete my base station for outdoor cameras and reinstall by **** customer service. Then found out through online help that doing this made base station an unusable brick. Base stations are no longer available by **** or their distributors as it seems to be discontinued which makes my 4 outdoor cameras useless. No hope or effective solution provided by ****. It is like trying to drive a gas car with no gas availability. Terrible communication and lying to customers. Shame .. I supported this company when the started and went all in with their products and growth. Corporate office is hiding and refer you to offshore service center that isnt telling the truth about what the plan is . Shame on WYZE I will speak up and boycott. Class Action is a no brainer

    Horrible cameras. Dont stay connected. Your 30 day return starts when you order. So by the time you get it you return window is gone. Thats not right. **************** is in the *********** and is the worst I have ever dealt with

    THIS COMPANY NEED TO BE REVIEW AND CLOSED OUT FOR BUSSINES I understand the reason why I have been fighting with this for more than 2 months. Afterwards you come with proof and evidence about your Camera, your cameras arrive at a time where the cable that is connected to the Camera that goes directly to the current, reaches the moment when it stops working. They say that their products are only guaranteed for 30 days. I do not understand why I have not had the item for a year and it is a problem to collect. They are number one to remove you, they are number 2, but for them, aceti, fix it and replace you. It is a problem, I consider that this company has to be a little more investigated because it cannot continue selling its items and stealing from the consumer. That is us, I have 5 cameras. And I have been with them for more than 2 years and the customer service is incredible, they do not try to work, right? Not at all with you.

    I would give this product zero stars if possible. I was quite happy with it at first as I wasn't looking for anything with a lot of bells and whistles, just something to keep an eye on my front porch for added security on any deliveries I received. After a few months however, the camera stopped working. It would make noise when I plugged it in and unplugged it like it was on, but I couldn't get it to work otherwise. Luckily it was still within warranty and **** sent a replacement. The replacement, pretty much from the start, did not work as well. It gives you the option of setting up a certain area within the cameras purview that it would notify you of motion detected. That feature did not work and I would still get notified constantly of things outside of the labeled area. I would turn it down to the lowest setting and it would still randomly notify me of certain vehicles driving along the road in front of my house despite being how far away from the road, but then not pick up on the mailman delivering mail right on my porch. The worst is when it came time to renew my subscription for the camera (because it really doesnt provide much for you without one) which I did through the play store, got my receipt in my email and it is showing as an active subscription for me now within the play store app.. well, Wyze is saying they don't see an active subscription for me and I have to contact ****** and ****** is saying I have to contact Wyze because the subscription is showing as active on their end. I am confident the issue is on Wyze's end after reading a forum where several people have reported the same issue after they did an update on their app. So now I have paid for a subscription that is not able to be used and even when I tried to dispute the charge, it didn't work because ****** was able to provide proof that the subscription is active even though **** is saying it's not active. Terrible company that I would never buy from again.

    Cameras decent and cheap.Beware shoddy deceptive email marketing regarding their cloud recording service for my cameras.I have two cameras and was on a monthly plan.Nov 2024 eMail offered annual plan to save a little money, also a limited time coupon for another $10 off.I looked at my records and saw I had purchased an annual plan in Feb 2024, but I was still being charged monthly all this time. (I saw the monthly charges, but forgot I had paid for annual plan. Life is like that now for me!)Called customer service. Apparently, back in February, I was supposed to take steps to cancel the monthly plan, THEN sign up for the annual plan. They pretty much stole my annual plan money, and continued to charge me monthly.*** agreed to refund the annual amount.I decided to do another annual plan. *** canceled my monthly plan, then put in order for annual. I asked if I was paying for coverage for the rest of the last monthly month (about another 15 days) and the annual plan at the same time. Answer: yes. Double paying for a half-month. She then canceled my new annual plan. I have to log in myself near the end of that month to get the annual plan.Oh, and that $10 off was for NEW SUBSCRIBERS ONLY. I asked why I got emails about that if it didn't apply to me. Answer: for a family member or friend. What BS is that?Really, really shoddy business practices.I'll probably get the annual plan again, but a better strategy for me would be to let it lapse, then wait the emails for some sort of deal. A DEAL THAT APPLIES TO ME, PLEASE!!

    I placed an order the order was lost and I complained about it but it is so hard to communicate with them and chatting never gets answered. Finally I got through on line and they responded to my complaint part of the order was sent and the keypad for the alarm was out of stock and they said that will be delivered when available but still not received and complain was closed. I checked their website and it is available but not received yet. This company ripped people off and customer service is horrible. I just want to receive what I pay for.

    ******** F is the absolute worst customer service agent!!! I would never ever purchase another camera from this Company after my speaking with this horrible service agent. This Company needs to monitor their service agents and their altitude toward customers. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
