    On November 28, 2018, BBB recognized a pattern of complaints from consumers regarding contract, customer service, and guarantee or warranty issues.  Consumers allege the business does not provide adequate updates regarding their cases and does not provide the “100% guarantee” refund.

      In May 2017 timeshare exit team was paid $4,527.96 to get us out of our timeshare. We were told by *************************** he did not expect any issues with our exit since it was yearly maintenance fees only & the loan was paid off long before going to exit team. ***************** contract states there is a 100% money back guarantee if owner does not obtain the exit within a REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. The contract further states THIS PROCESS CAN TAKE TIME AND CAN SEEM VERY SLOW AT TIMES (OFTEN DRAGGING ON FOR APPROXIMATELY **** MONTHS). We are now well pass the **** month timeframe. Ive requested a *********** not getting any response. Ive been sending emails to *********************** (who is supposedly handling this) & calling with no resolution. I want ***************** to honor the contract and submit my refund. That is the only acceptable response because they have been given MORE than ENOUGH time to resolve this. I would NEVER have signed the contract without their 100% money back guarantee.

      I paid $3797.00 on 9/15/20 to ***************************** Timeshare EXITTEAM. There has no activity regarding my account even though they said it would take about a year to finalize the exit of my timeshare.. Now they sent it to another company, ***************** and still no communication and no activity on my account. I have contacted both companies numerous times and they continue to say they will contact management. They say they will call me, but I have to call them. I would like to get my money back. Do I have a chance?

      On January 2018 my husband and I met with a representative from Reedhein and Associates in regards to getting rid of out timeshare with Westgate resorts . We were told by the representative that if we don't get a resolution within 18 months we will receive a full reimbursement . Here it is almost 3 years later and we still have no resolution . We have discontinued using the timeshare for three years but have continued to pay the monthly mortgage fees . I have exhausted all my energy trying to get my refund and i keep getting the run around . This is false advertisement and they did not keep with their word . I spent ****** for them to resolve absolutely nothing. I am very disappointed and I don't think this was fair .

      I have tried several times already to request my refund from this company and I get getting the Run around . As I stated before I was told that if my case was not settled within 18 months I would get a money back guarantee . The lawyer on this case also said that they exhausted all possibilities so therefore there is no way out of this . This has become very Frustrating  and has put a strain in my finances 
      I hope we can resolve this .

      We hired the Timeshare exit team in Jan 23 ********************* getting us out of our timeshares. They have a guaranteed reasonable exit or money back. They assigned us to an attorney about a year later. During this time they had only been in contact (exit team) after we reached out to see what was going on with our case. Once the attorney from Granite Spire was assigned only 3 letters were sent to the company. I never got updates unless I reached out to either the attorney or exit team. Most times I would have to call/email several times for them to call me and tell me I have to contact attorney or its a waiting game. In Jun the attorney said we should try to settle since they were not responding to letters. The attorney had said foreclosure may be the best thing to do, in the beginning we did not know that a foreclosure was a suitable exit in the Exit teams eyes. They told us they would try a different route to get us out, I have not heard from them in over 5 months.

      My wife and I contracted with Reed Hein & Associates, Timeshare Exit Team back in September 24, 2020, to cancel our two timeshares. Case number ******** and ******** payment of $8,191 was made. They were located in ***********, ***** and moved a couple of months later to mailing address: ***********************************************************; physical address: ***********************************************************. We have had very little correspondence from the company or update status of our Exit from our timeshares. We have made several phone calls to no avail. We have submitted complaints to the company and were told the manager would get back to us. The Manager of our account Marche T called us but we missed her call and when we tried to reach her within minutes, there was not answer. On 24 February 2021, she drafted up a letter, that we did not agree with. So we sent comments that could be used as reasons for cancellation of our timeshares. Since that time we have not heard from the company.

      Timeshare Exit Team ("TET") reached out to the client by phone on 08/20/2021, unfortunately their was no answer.  TET left a voicemail for Mr. and ***************** requesting a call back and followed up with an email to schedule a call.  As of, 08/28/2021, TET has not received a response.

      I am rejecting this response because:  The call *** placed went straight to our voicemail which we did not notice until approximately an hour later.  We tried calling *** back immediately, but once again no one at *** answered.  *** did not try again to reach us. Today, August 30, 2021, after receiving an email from BBB, we reviewed our passed emails and found the *** had responded with their business hours.  We responded back with an email to *** with dates and hours, we will be available.  We are not interested in any further conversation and continue to request a complete refund.  *** has not fulfilled their contract with us.  It is almost a year since we contracted with *** with no exit from our Timeshare.  That is why we desire a complete refund.

      I began paying Timeshare Exit Team (located at 220th Ave, ******************-phone4254151200) back in 2019 to get me out of an membership ownership with Bluegreen. After paying over $5,000 to them ( which took a bit over a year) I heard nothing from them. I contacted them and they gave me a song and dance about difficulties. They had stated that a full refund would be given if the issue was not resolved. Instead of resolving my membership I was referred to a Lawyer, *************************, of ***************** Group. His only suggestion was to just quit paying Bluegreen and eventually they would cancel me. Of course it destroyed my credit for the next 7 years. I am 72 and in poor health and dont expect to live to see it recover. They consider that this resolution abrogates them of any further duties or renumeration. I feel I have been scammed, I can and will send documentation if you think it worthwhile.

      I filed complaint ID# ******** against *****************. I was contacted by *********, who informed me 3 weeks after the initial contact that the Time Share exit team had secured a release from my Timeshare with Wyndham. She contacted you and told you that we were working through this. She has refused to provide me with any details, even though I have asked her via e-mail 4 times.

Were unclear as to what additional information shes looking for as we have provided all we can at this time.       I am rejecting this response because:  I was told that an exit had been reached, and that the law firm ************************* would be contacting me in the next few weeks on August 2, however that has not happened.  I was told that the specifics on my "exit" were confidential, so the only information I have been provided is the name of the law firm that was supposed to contact me. Since then another representative from ***************** contacted me and asked me to ensure my contact information was correct, as they were reviewing strategies on my exit.  Something is not adding up here, it doesn't appear that I actually have an exit.
