      Buyer Beware!Do NOT use Puget Heating! They installed the water heater in our house that we bought new in Nov 2022. We have a 50 gallon tank and it is just the 2 of us living here. I cannot fill 1/2 my bathtub without it running out of hot water. It was throwing error codes and constantly beeping. We made a warranty call to them. They have been out 3 times and could not figure out what was wrong. On a hunch, the tech ordered a part to see if that would fix it. We waited 5 months and my husband finally called them. We had to wait a couple of days for a call back because the scheduler (apparently there is only one) was out. She called me and I made the appointment for today with an arrival window of 9-noon. No one showed. No one called. It has been 18 months with a bad water heater. It is obvious that they don't want to honor their warranty.

      Ive been working with this company since I bought my home 2 years ago. There has always been a lack of follow through and a need to contact them to keep the ball rolling. Every tech that came to the house said something different was wrong with the heater, but it never fixed the problem. Finally in May, after many calls and time spent, a tech was able to figure it out! The heater was replaced last week, I was so looking forward to having this problem out of my hair! But, now a new problem they want no ownership of. When they went to install the new furnace the attic opening was too small. I'm working the entire time in the room next to them, with the door wide open. Not once did anyone address this, or mention to me that they had to cut the ceiling and what they'd do to fix it afterwards. They didn't mention it to me until they were on their way out of the house. **, and told me they wouldn't be fixing it because they don't do sheet rock. I quickly contacted the owner, **** who blames SeaPac and doesn't offer to make sure the work gets done, but is more concerned with telling me how it's their fault and they must fix it. She promises to tell them about it and keep me cc'd in emails and assist me they'll take care of it. Over a week later and no email and now she won't respond to my messages asking for a status update. Same thing that happened when I would call about the furnace; supposed to follow up but don't unless I call and call and call. Horrible customer service, by her and her guys, and no empathy or compassion, let alone the integrity to do good work.

      As stated to the home owner, The damage done to her furnace was not a result of a warranty item by Puget Heating . It was damaged during construction. Puget Heating went to great extend and cost to get this issue resolved for the Home Owner and even provided a free coil for her patience while we diagnosed and repaired. The builder, ************* accepted the warranty claim and took it over from Puget Heating. At this point it is out of our hands and in the hands of the builder. ************* is working to address all her issues.
