  On 7/15/24 had Sound Mobile Mechanic LLC came out to fix a heater hose fitting as fitting broke on my truck. While making that repair pointed out that my a/c was not working and needed an oil change. **** proceeded to change oil and recharge a/c. On 7/21/24 when i started up truck a/c compressor was making a loud noise. I sent **** a text and asked about noise. Response was could be an air bubble working its way through the system or now because the pressure in a/c was correct. Later i noticed a leak on ground under truck which was not there before.I had my truck towed to another shop and come to find out the a/c had been charged with twice as much refrigerant. This caused excessive pressure on the system & the valve on the backside of the compressor had burped out a bunch of ******* which resulted in the oil leak on the ground.I had to have another mechanic clean up his mess which resulted in a charge of $273.62 plus a tow. This is on top of the $100.00 I paid Sound mobile mechanic to recharge a/c.On 7/31/24 when I picked up truck with receipt of charges, i sent a copy to **** requesting reimbursement for the initial $100.00 plus the $273.62 I had to pay for his poor workmanship/incorrect service. This also does not include the tow to shop. ***** response was that he would reimburse me $100.00 but not responsible for the work the other mechanic did. I tried to explain to him that I would not have had these added expenses had he done his job correctly.He sent me $100.00. I cannot believe **** would not take responsibility for his poor workmanship and the additional expense he caused a customer because of it.In addition to the over fill refrigerant issue, the hose clamp on the new heater valve that he installed was crooked and rubbing on heater hose next to it.It is a good thing that i did not listen to his diagnosis of why my a/c compressor was making noise ( air bubbles) as who knows how much other damage would have occurred to my vehicle.

  I filled Lindas AC she was told by another shop I overfilled it. The other shop serviced her AC. She told me she wasnt happy with my service so I refunded her money.

  I am rejecting this response because: Sound Mobile Mechanic did not take responsibility of his mistake of overfilling my A/C which resulted in me having to pay almost 3 times amount of money i paid for the service to clean up and fix his initial work. 
  

  Owner should take responsibility and do the right thing and pay for the extra repair I had to pay to fix his mistake. 
  
  To just say oh sorry for the inconvenience and not take responsibility is bad way to do business. Sound Mobile Mechanic must not be interested in repeat business or positive advertisement.
