I really wanted my hair done just to feel beautiful again because with bills and the rising prices I can't afford much these days. My luck unemployment sent my extra money that was owed to me August 3rd 2022 so I decided to go find me a wig. I ask the young in the salon if she does hair and install wigs she replied yes! I decided it was easier to buy and get it installed at the hair store. It has been 2 weeks the braids are no longer in my hair the first week the wig has came off it had it's supposed to be glued down and that's not the case even the wig cap that was underneath has came off I no longer have braids in my hair the side braids are out no hair that you pay almost $500 for should come out that fast I called and spoke to her. I was asked her for a discount instead of speaking to me the manager put the girl on the phone that did my hair. Unprofessional I need to speak to you it made me feel like is she even really license to be braiding hair. Before She started braiding I told her hey you might want to add hair into my hair so the braids will last longer. she was like no it's going to be fine and the braids came out I have so side braids to hold the wig. There running a scam if it doesn't last long I have to come back sooner to pay again. what type of person pays almost $500 to get their hair done and go back to the salon a week later to do that again nobody has money like that your hair supposed to last for least a month or two and it was like she didn't glue the wig down and I don't know what glue she used but it wasn't glued down at all the hair is even messed up she cut it wrong so I'm going to have to replace everything and I think that's unfair I feel like she should hold some type of responsibility you don't do hair if you don't know how to do hair you don't cut someone's hair if you really can't do it just to receive some type of money I paid 371 for the ******** an extra 150 to install the wig. This is ugly woman do this to feel beautiful I don't.
