EDIT - see bottom - Based on the responses from the owner on all negative reviews, I am assuming not a lot of accountability.I purchased concrete to be delivered for a patio at 12pm delivery time. I showed up from work at 1155pm to meet the delivery driver. once I got home, the delivery driver had already drove through my yard and over my drain field for my septic multiple times. The guys who were finishing my patio, do not speak any English and I know the delivery driver did not speak any Spanish. I called the mainline to see about what process they have of checking before driving through nicely landscaped yards etc surely they would be required to call a manager or be directed to reach the homeowner to make sure it is ok. The guy I asked stated "we don't have a process for that, if he would have called me I've never seen your yard so I wouldn't know either". Have spoke with attorney today and will be digging up my yard to fix drain field and sending them the bill.We have found more damage. The driver also backed through one of our flower beds running over plants and over a sidewalk crumbling it. I have sent an email to the response below seeking a refund at the very least (also sent a bunch of pictures). We will see how they respond. EDIT again - this just keeps getting better with the communication. I received reply back from the email address and it stated "we sent a saleman out to your property today to take pics, thanks if additional facts become available please reach out". So, no resolution.. "more facts"???Business Response

Thank you for sending this to our support email address. Below is a summary of the events regarding the situation which ****************** has filed a complaint about:
2024-04-15 We received a call from ****** ************** ordering 14 yards of concrete which we were able to deliver that same day at ***************************************************. An order (****************) was set up to deliver a total of 14 yards of concrete (mix 1A).
2024-04-15 We received a call from ****** to provide payment. He provided a credit card in the name of *************************** (******* wife)
2024-04-15 We dispatched two trucks (trucks 391 and 408) to deliver the ordered concrete. Upon arrival, the drivers did speak with the crew onsite and there was one that was translating between our drivers and the crew. Our drivers did express concern about driving where they wanted them to go. As is our practice in such cases, our drivers provided a Permission to Enter Private Property form which was signed by the crew onsite. The contents of the form read, I give permission, request and require that Holroyd ********* vehicles drive off of the public road and enter this private property to deliver building materials. I know the site and I agree to direct the trucks route while on this property. As the owners and/or his representative on this property I/we agree to assume full responsibility for any damage to the property, truck, people, sidewalk etc. pursuant to this request.
2024-04-16 We received a call from ****** indicating that our driver drove over his yard and crushed the drain field. He claims that his finishing crew on site did not speak any English. Our dispatcher, ***, referred him to our salesman, ***, to follow up on the situation. *** received a voicemail asking for a call back.
2024-04-16 ************************* posted a 1-*********** Review for our Nisqually Plant 5 location, They dont have a lot of processes. They let the drivers kind of do whatever they want without checking with homeowners or the management teams. ||||| To which we responded, ******************, it sounds as if youve had an incident that we would like to know more about. If you would, please send specifics o the situation to ********************************* so that we may look into this. Thank you.

2024-04-16 ************************* posted a 1-*********** Review for our McChord Plant location, Never got back to me after they drove though my yard and left 3 ruts in my new grass
2024-04-16 I verified ownership of the property with the Thurston County Tax Assessors website. It lists *********************** as one of the owners. ****************** is not listed as an owner.
2024-04-17 ************************* emailed, You guys asked that I reach out to you? The name on the card for payment was under *****************************. Monday at noon was my appointment. Attached are some pictures. Additionally, I have found a couple more things now. As state, My appointment was at noon and I got to my house 5 before noon to find the driver was already in my yard pouring. I directed him where he could clean the chute. He did half of it there and the second half in the middle of my driveway. More damage My wife found now our sidewalk was ran over from your driver breaking it into pieces. More damage He backed up through our flower beds. The weight pulled all my weed barrier up and he backed into a plant. All of these have been documented and submitted to my attorney who will be seeking reimbursement pending your next response if you choose to refund us our concrete cost paid to you on Monday or not.
2024-04-17 We responded, ******************, Thank you for providing the photos. As mentioned in our response to your 1-star review on ****** Maps, we wanted to get information about what transpired. We reached out to you as you were the person that posted those two 1-star reviews. Our salesperson was out and took additional photos today. If additional facts regarding this become available, please do send them in reply to this address. Sincerely, Holroyd *********
2024-04-17 Mr. ******** response, No resolution? Also, horrible communication again.. Are you stating you send an employee unauthorized to my property?
2024-04-17 We responded, ******************, *********************** left a voicemail with our salesperson. Today, he tried to reach him by phone but didnt get in touch with him. He then went to the jobsite to take the photos for our records. As previously mentioned, we are still gathering information so we have a clear understanding. Holroyd *********
2024-04-17 Mr. ******** response, *********************** is not involved, he is a roommate. I am the owner of the property with ***************************** who paid. I did not give anyone permission to enter my property today without me being on site.
It is our position that ****************** did not order the concrete and got involved after the fact claiming to be the owner. The crew that was on site at the time of delivery assumed all liability for our trucks entering the property in writing and then proceeded to direct our trucks to drive exactly where they did drive to deliver the concrete. While any damage is unfortunate, the liability for those related damages rests on the crew that assumed this liability and directed our drivers on the property. Considering the tone **************** has taken and his comments of getting attorneys involved, we were awaiting official correspondence from his attorney to properly address the situation without further escalation. It is clear that ****************** expects that we refund him for the full amount paid for the concrete.
All the photos, emails, call recordings, and other documents are collected and waiting for contact from legal council at this point. This information is available for review if needed.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because:*********************** owns the property, and I am communicating on his behalf. He is directly related to me and has given me full authority to seek resolution. Once again, the concrete workers on site did not speak English so having them sign a release of liability 15 minutes before I showed up at 11:55pm for our appointment. Having an employee engage with helpers who do not speak English would not be in good faith. When I finally received communication back from the company, it had been months. The representative was laughing at me on the phone and arguing. I do not seek a full refund just what was damaged. The current quote I have to fix the yard is $1900 plus tax and I spent $600 already on a drain field inspection. At the end of the day, this is very clear the company is not taking responsibility for their actions. It is evident they take this stance frequently based on the ****** reviews. The fact is, we made an appointment for noon, I as the person responsible for the order and ownership of property kept my end of the agreement fully paid and met at the agreed upon time only to find the company was already driving through my yard and over my septic.
Sincerely,
*************************
