There is a $100 non refundable scheduling fee to book a appointment for any procedure.
If you do not give 72 hours noticed in the event you need to reschedule, another $100 non refundable scheduling fee will need to be collected.
If you are more than 30 minutes late to your scheduled appointment there is a $50 late fee that will be applied to the total cost of the procedure.
