    My brand new 2022 Hyundai Kona ran over a dead elk 600 pounds in the middle of Highway 101 by ****************** ****** on 11/11/22. Has vehicle towed to Bud clary Hyundai. Was told it would take months to even get an estimate of damages. They finally did an estimate in February of 2023. Just for body work. Never did one for the mechanicals. Finally called saying car was ready on 4/4/2023. They held on to car till I could come up with my deductible. I noticed on my blue link Hyundai app that the car had coded March 30 for the chassis. I asked on April 4 when I spoke to **** at Bud Clary. What the code was about and was it fixed? He said yes I sold the only car that my brother had loaned me gave to me rather got a rental car drove hundreds of miles down the long view from ******* ********** to pick up my car after paying bud Clary, the thousand dollar deductible upon arrival, I had already given the rental back upon arrival I drove a half a block and the car coded for the chassis. I went back to the dealership and told them that I had no more transportation and that they had promised me the car was ready. They then sent me home with a loaner car as they kept my Kona for approximately four days I finally got a call back after for five days saying my car was ready again they wanted me to drive down to pick up the car. I told him no so they delivered it to me upon delivery, there was still animal carcass particles in the engine and I noticed a shift button on the shift column was popped off as soon as I put that thing back in to the shift column is coded for check front collision system and cruise control about 24 to 48 hours later I get a code on my blue link app, saying the chassis DCT code I called Bud Clary. They said take the car somewhere else I never got or received any word of what work was done on the vehicle or paperwork showing what was fixed on the vehicle according to the insurance they never did an estimate on the mechanical part , I am without a vehicle.

    Looked at a car on March 15, 2024, at Bud Clary ***********. On the test drive, I realized things in need of repair. Thinking this is a reputable dealer, I gave them a chance to make good on the vehicle, so I processed the order. On March 20th, I went to pick up the so-called repaired vehicle to realize more wrong with the car. I left the car on lot and left the dealership. Salesperson called to tell me only part would be repaired. That was confirmed via conversation with a manager on March 23rd. I told him I no longer wanted the vehicle at that time and proceeded to process a dispute claim with my bank. On March 30th I recieved a call from Bud Clary finance manager telling me that even though I have not taken delivery on the vehicle and have not taken it off the lot I have 3 days to come get vehicle or it'll be impounded at my expense... This doesn't sound like good business ethics...jparxx
