      Per banks on admission they followed thru and froze my account today 8/3, I had requested on 7/18 for them to freeze my account and they had not acted on my request. Resulting in added fees. **** said I should have told them earlier that I lost my phone, even though I requested the freeze earlier

      I was denied a lower rate car loan, because someone stole my identity/social security # ***** years ago. Fibre Federal said they could not confirm my identity, and denied me the car loan. Even after I went into the bank to talk with them. Now my loan will be ****% instead of ****% Any help?

      This member applied for a loan with Fibre Federal Credit Union on 6/15/2022 through our indirect lending department.   The loan request came from a dealership in *************.    We were unable to approve the loan request due to limited credit experience.    The member had no trade lines on her credit report.  We did counter that we would do the loan with 10% cash down.   On 6/17 we received the deal from the dealership with proof of income, it was found at that time her income was not in line with the application as her debt-to-income ratio was too high, so the loan was denied.   The Adverse Action that she provided in her BBB complaint is not ours, many times dealers will send the loan to multiple financial institutions.    A copy of our Adverse Action sent can be provided if requested.

      We (*********************** and *********************) purchase a new vehicle on 7/18/2021, the truck was financed with Fibre Federal CU, we paid the truck totally off in just a few months *********. after sending my last payment and waiting for the title to arrived, I kept getting a **** for almost *****. thousand dollars, so we assumed maybe my last payment has not posted yet, when that **** came again, I called and they told me that this was an extra charged for insurance coverage for the months I had the loan with them, I told them that my truck was insured with my auto insurance where I have all my other 4 vehicles a company that i have been with for years.The credit union was very defensive , I then offered to provide proof of coverage so they can remove those charges, I then contacted my agent, my agent send me a document and I presented to the Credit Union, the say it was not valid, so then then ******************* from Febre CU contacted All **************** All State has provide them with different forms and the Credit union keeps rejecting them, finally I was told by ******************* that " i am sorry I am not able to help you they will not accept you proof of coverage" so the outstanding ******************* there. ******************* is an employ at the credit union ******************************* ************** is her supervisor and ******************* is with the insurance company charging me the money name of the insurance is Then State National ***** contact number is **************.I like to add that I have never received a notice of this insurance notifying us that they were charging me for coverage, this sum of money was a total surprise, now the Credit union is holding my title claiming I still have a balance on the account, The truck is in a prestin condition. I have all the correspondence with the credit union in my Emails, all of them since this ordeal started, and can provide those at a later date id needed, unfortunately today I was not able to upload them I will need help to do so.

      We have worked closely with the ******* and their insurance agent to correct the issue. The refund will be processed on 6/23/2021 and the loan will be paid in full at that time.
