  *** in the corporate office just threatened to beat my husband up. We moved out 7/31/24 and supposedly our deposit check was mailed 11/6/24. It hadnt came after a week so they (***) said it could take 2 weeks. I called after 2 weeks and was told (by *** again) I had to wait 45 days for it to be cancelled and recut. I called 12/27/24 and spoke with *** and he said they will cancel the check on 12/30/24 and will call me on 1/2/25 to come pick up the check. I called back this morning (1/16/25) since I never was called back and spoke with *** again and he said hed have to send it to a different department since hes done all he can do since they did their part by mailing it to me. I asked how long it will take for another department since he had told me it would be ready 2 weeks ago and he said Im a terrible customer and need to be more patient. My husband took over the call since he was clearly being super rude to me and it was uncalled for and my husband said were tired of waiting for a call back and we will just come to their office in ******* and *** told my husband if we should up he will beat the ever loving s*** out of my husband if we show up. I filed a police report and waiting to talk to an officer. DO NOT EVER RENT HERE. We lived in our apartment for 3.5 years and had so many issues. Our parking lot and walk ways flooded every time it rained and we complained at least 5 times and nothing was ever done. There were no lights in the complex and almost hit pedestrians at night trying to pull in since you couldnt see anything it was so dark. There were druggies and drug busts and people using their chain saws at midnight. Being physically threatened by their corporate office takes the cake though. I will forever make sure every knows to not rent with them.

  It's amazing how ignorant an callus these people in this office are.Maintenance clearly isn't managed properly, they do not care about their responsibilities to their tenants and will routinely lie about doing their jobs to your face.The guys in the office are unprofessional simply unwilling to do their jobs claiming that appliances they are responsible for that come with the units they rent are "amenities" that's actually despicable lying to get out of taking care of the things they need to. Renting apartments for ********* dollars a month and letting the units fall *********** mold constantly being an issue. Roaches in the units, lying about fumigation and letting people move in before the chemicals have aired out of the apartment.Letting people violate rules constantly.These guys are slum lords and need to be either fined or closed out right. they ate the worst management I've ever had the misfortune to rent from.

  Was told by staff that i have to put in a 2 week notice before moving out since i was month to month and I would get a refund of the remainder of the month i wasnt there in the mail. Got a bill in the mail that did not have my move out date credited on there. I emailed their record department asking about the date and was told that the notice is for 20 days prior to end of the month for me to move out and not 20 days from the beginning of the month. I was also told that regardless I am responsible for the entire month even if I am not living there and keys was returned. None of this was disclosure in the contract I signed nor told to me by staff. The management team was great when I lived there but the record department seems to have multiple people responding to my emails which makes it hard to get any questions answered when asking about how a proper move out should be done, along with comments about me not wanting to be accountable when asking for clarification on the multiple contradicting stated made.

  This company has no compassion, it's only priority is to place you in their property you stuck. They do not answer maintenance orders, they are liars, do not live at their properties, the manager of the company lied for three months about my refund. I would never suggest living at any one of their properties.

  I was a renter at ******* apartments for over a year. I moved out on Feb. 10th 2024 and have since then been promised my rental deposit of 500 cleaning fee. I was told by the apartment manager at the time ******* and the cleaning staff that we have left the apartment in immaculate condition (cleaner than when we moved in). I was told on the 10th (after i signed check out form) of Feb. that I would receive my deposit 5-10 business days later.It is July 3rd, 2024 and I still have not received my deposit after 8 attempts to collect. I have called and spoken to the secretary and business manager on multiple occasions. My last conversation (with *****) is recorded and that conversation occurred 3 weeks ago today. She assured me that the check would be in the mail before the weekend and that I should receive it in a matter of days.I asked for the secretary to confirm my mailing address which she did at the time to make sure that their previous claim of the *********** not delivering was not used again. She had the correct address.This is my last attempt and my next step I will be hiring an attorney to look into the breach of contract that was agreed on and what i was promised multiple times. I will be seeking additional damages if I don't hear a response soon. I am seeking full deposit and other damages.

  Male office manager at **************** left my (minor) daughter locked outside her home so he could watch her when she forgot her key. They hire perverts. All mail is stollen by people working in the office. Wish I never moved in.

  Okay so I was not in any violation of my lease I was not behind on my rent when I was served with an unlawful detainer I was then forced to turn in my evidence to your attorney which immediately stopped the eviction process it's been almost a year now I've had no word I have been unable to pay my rent but you're still accepting housing authorities payments but not my portion why is it when a tenant violates the lease they get the boot but when a landlord violates the lease they don't even get a slap on the wrist tell me why you think it's okay to slap somebody with an unlawful detainer unlawfully and then ignore them for a year and then expect them to pay the back rent that you refused to take in the first place please explain that to me please explain to me why you think that only the tenant should be punished when they violate the lease what about the landlord and the apartment managers when they violate the lease I had somebody in my apartment without my consent without my knowledge nobody told me anybody was coming into my house when I brought this up I started getting in trouble left and right that's the least violation I do believe correct and giving me an unlawful painter on lawfully that's against the law

  Harassment, breach of contract, negligence, inhabitable living conditions. Just to name a few. Failure to due possessing this company needs to be shut down. And fined and have to give back all the Rent they steal from people. They are slum lowrds who don't take responsibility for the behavior of there employees and not maintaining the property's they own more exclusively. They are slum

  Clearly you've had a negative experience at one of our properties, which obviously nobody wants. We have a duty to enforce provisions of the rental agreement to keep our communities safe and functional and, while necessary, we understand how that process may be difficult for folks to handle. That said, in Snohomish County people facing legal proceedings for violations of the rental agreement have a right to representation in court even if they cannot afford an attorney. Rather than making inflammatory claims without any backing, if you feel as though that enforcement was somehow inappropriate we would encourage you to make those arguments in a forum where we would have an opportunity to respond and prove our case just the same as you would.

  Only good thing. *****, ******************************** crew. I don't know how they keep up with this place. But somehow they do. On the other hand, at the corporate level. They don't give a **** about anything or anyone. All they care about is money. I tried getting ahold of Williams Investments over 16 times in a month. Still haven't gotten a response. And that was in Nov 2023.
