    In March 2022, Live Wire installed the transfer switch and hook up for our new generator. They did not file for a permit for their work. This was later discovered when an inspector came to the house for a different project. I called and emailed Live Wire many times requesting they file the permit. I have also reached out to the City of ******** for assistance. Nothing seems to get Live Wire to file the permit.

    I was first made aware of the issue when an inspector came to my house on July 12, 2022. He was there for another job, but noticed this issue. 

    I tried calling the company many times, but only got the voicemail. Unfortunately, my phone records dont go back that far on my phone. I did email them (sometimes with responses) on July 13, 14, and 20; Aug 10; and Sept 2.
