This is the 2nd time I have done a review & now I want to file an official dispute against Top Tier *********************************** & whoever else is connected to this company.I explained all the details in my first review several months ago. I got a call from the owner a few days afterward. He offered to send me a couple thousand dollars to help me out until he could research my account and see what he could do about it. He promised to call me back the following Monday but I never heard back from him. I spoke with my coach, ***/*** later that week to try to get more information. She reviewed the notes on my account which stated the owner was looking into a resolution. I never heard from anyone again.Because of the enormous amount of money I paid them, $32,500 initially plus monthly fees to them, Shopify, AliExpress and then they switched me to AppSenic (which killed my business completely) I am now having to close my business.I am so upset over this huge mistake I made with having trust & believing in them. I have now had to remortgage my house to pay off most of the credit cards which they helped me open. The first *** I talked to & helped me open all these credit cards told me to put down my annual income as $76,000 which was not true.I will be 78 years old next month and am in a panic because of all the debt these people assured me would be paid off within the first year max.I need help if theres any way possible.Initial Complaint

I paid Top Tier Marketing $11,450 November 2022 and they provide my store yet the results were not ideal. First, they had me open credit cards to pay them. We did go through contracting however i attempted to refund during the 3 day period and ******************* talked me out of it. they still had yet to make any progression and i am currently losing even more money due to interest on my cards. When we first started the process they initially stated they would help gain an LLC but have not. They found my information from a website for work from home jobs. I was clearly a desperate college student that was taken advantage of. I did meet with staff but when i needed to speak about my return on investment they would claim they were reaching out to me but never did. My store is currently closed due to inability to pay monthly fee which was not mentioned in out initiation. I have been contacted by staff regarding my cards. They were supposed to reach out regarding my issue but never did. I am in the process of filing a lawsuit and finding a lawyer. I hope to receive pro **** due to my situation.Initial Complaint

Back in April of this year I tried to creat an online business (The perfect pet essentials) and originally signed up with *************** LLC. In return with signing up with them they forwarded be onto two different companies to help with the business. Upon signing up with them, there were no promises made at the time of sign up however after their Three day cancellation policy they started promising huge income, and I received nothing, in fact I was promised in 90 to have the entire debt towards the companies paid off and a huge income after. I have been fighting all theee companies since July - eCommerce is the last one that I have not seen resolved. There is no website and their services are not required yet they refuse to refund me the money that I paid them all upfront and they promised assistance and I did not receive that assistance. I have names and numbers and dates of everything that was said and done and nothing to show for $28,800 that I paid. I have received all of my money except $10,000 which was paid to eCommerce back in July, and Im not stopping until I receive it. I have received emails from other customers of theirs that have all been scammed out of their money and received no satisfaction of services that eCommerce offered. They just took the money and did nothing. Then promised huge income and there was zero income. I had an 840 credit score and when I signed up with them and the other two businesses it took my score down to 640. Ive been paying ridiculous interest on the money they took from me and no income.Customer Answer

I was promised $5,000.00 to close a previous case (#********) on this company. I was given a statement to write if I wanted the money. The statement was not true but I needed the money. I also told the BBB Resolution Consultant I was promised money, After I closed the complaint I no longer heard from Top Tier Marketing. I tried for nearly two weeks but they would not answer the phone or respond to my messages. This company is unethical and lies. I'm going to add another complaint because I want the public to know what they would be dealing with and what they did to me. My original complaint was that the company was not upfront with the total cost of their services. The original cost was $4,500.00. I ended up paying $26,500.00. I also was told the goal was to make $20,000 to $30,000 the first 3 months. True, this was not a promise but misleading. My site was up five months with no sales. I then closed it down. This is the same company that promised me $5,000.00 then reneged. My advice to the public is stay away from Top Tier Marketing. There has to be other companies out there that are ethical.Customer Answer

On October 11, 2022, I saw an ad on ******** advertising Click, Build, collect through BuyGoods.com they were selling a work from home opportunity. I purchased their program. To start the program, I was instructed to call a phone number. I called the number and spoke with a Top Teir Marketing Academy Repreciantive. He asked me some questions about why I was interested in this opportunity. I told him my story about losing my job in 2020 because of an injury and that it was hard to find a job with my restrictions. He told me he wanted to transfer me over to his boss, so he did. I have spoken with several of this company's representatives and coaches. I was told they create, design, setup, Advertise Ecommerce Drop Shipping website using Shopify and AliExpress. Also consulting/coaching service to teach me how to run my website. I informed them that I did not have money to start this business. They talked about obtaining credit with business credit cards that would cover their expenses. I told them that I would have to make money from the website to pay the monthly payments. I was informed that drop shipping websites make money. I paid them to design a functioning website. What I got was a website that people could not check out. I found this out when a family member was making a purchase. It wouldn't let her complete her purchase. I contacted my coach because they set everything up with shopify for me. She changed something on the website and the purchase went through. So, I thought everything was ok. I paid Top Teir Marketing Academy to advertise for me and I was advertising also. But I wasn't getting traffic. On January 6, 2023, I made a purchase on my website, and my purchase didn't gothrough either. I don't know how many sales I lost because my website wasn't set up correctly. Because misinformation from my main coach Shopify terminated my website. I was told by last Coach that Shopify is all they work with and If I went to Wix or WooCommerce I would be on my own.Initial Complaint

*************************** contacted me about 8 months ago to start a website where I could make $20,000-$30,000 a/month. He said they would do all the work to setup the website and get me started. First he had me searching credit cards to see how much I could borrow by lying about my income. What ever amount I could get, he wanted me to give it to him to start the website. Turns out, I got $25,000 in 3 different credit cards. I told him I wouldn't be able to make the payments on these cards, He told to let them ride until I was making money via the Website. When I realized I wasn't gonna be making any money via the Website, I contacted ***************************, but he would not return my call.
