I've been working with Prime for years, and they are always on top of their stuff. Their customer service is excellent, and their expertise in the web design industry is unmatched. Highly recommend!

I just "signed up" and am having site set up... so far they seem professional. I was ked to them by ads touting $1000/day & 40k per month. They DO NOT promise that! They're reticent to say any real #s. I'm hopeful as I need the income. As I parted with sizeable investment, I certainly want that back.

Initially I was very excited to start my new adventure! The staff was very professional and sounded very excited for me! I looked forward to learning something totally different from my past profession. But I soon found out that it was going to be a lot more money then initially discussed. Once the 3 day cancellation period was over where you could cancel and your initial investment would be returned, I found out it would cost me triple the amount to get my website up and running a long with a fee every 3 months for maintenance, which I have no idea as to what that entails! From the very beginning, the staff I talked with said I was getting my website up and running at the very best time of the year, with the holidays around the corner and lots of Christmas shopping! My website was up and running almost a year and other then my boyfriend ordering products, I had no other orders! I continued to add new products to my site as well as advertising on ****************** etc., as they had instructed me, but still no additional orders! They kept saying "be patient" but with lots of money paid upfront, continued payments every 3 months and no money coming in, my adventure was very disappointing! I would recommend anyone looking into this kind of adventure, look around, research and ask about everything upfront before you sign anything!

This review does not disparage Prime LLC in any way, shape or form. It was simply a 5 star gift to mark the approximate anniversary of beginning to do business with this firm. The generosity of the giver should not be contractually forbidden lest basic human rights fail to exist in ********** aka the land of the free. My only regret is that I am unable to giftwrap the 5 star gift in this digital format. I hope this 5 star rating's lack of giftwrap is excusable considering the technical limitations of the giver. I also wish to clearly state no person nor entity will receive any complaint about this firm from me. Happy Labor Day to all from my humble abode in ****** **.
