They solicited in my neighborhood and when I said no thank you and Im okay right now , their sales person told be that I was not okay and my house was about to fall down and I should be smarter about my life choices.True Blue Roofing LLC Response

*** of Trueblue roofing, visited our home and inspected our 20+ year minimum code roof. He inspected the attic and what could be seen of the 2+ story roof. He provided four estimates; minimum code, a 20yr, and "lifetime" architectural shingles, and approximately metal roof. After considering our options, the quotes were in line with other estimates and *** was able to put the *****************. *** was very respectful of our time and home.Review from Charlyn W

We had True Blue Roofing go all out and replace our roof and gutters. The crew was fantastic. They worked really fast and did a great job. Communication with the office was tricky. They have expressed trying to get better about that part of the business. I'm a little neurotic when it comes to spending this much money, so while the lack of communication was tricky, they did a great job and in the end responded to calls and emails.True Blue Roofing LLC Response

Aggressive, Inconsiderate. I have repeatedly talked to these representatives about leaving their flyers on my property. I have a no soliciting sign, yet they still make illegal entry onto my property to knock on my door and leave their trash. I would never do business with these people considering their illegal activities and aggressive / annoying representatives. To the company: Please be respectful of people's properties and follow the law. You are not welcome here and you have been told repeatedly so.To potential customers: If they can't respect people on their first interaction, I can't imagine the process of dealing with them.Review from Dan E

The team at True Blue Roofing was extremely professional and communication was excellent. Really quality roof that looks great and was a very fair price. They were in and out in less than a weekend and cleaned up all debris after the project was completed. 10 out of 10 would recommend and will absolutely be a returning customer if and when the day comes!Review from Bill S.

Horrible experience from the start. Roofing material showed up without notice which prompted me to call and ask when they were scheduled to start (poor communication lasted through to the end). Crew left snack and lunch trash all over the yard for the duration of the install and I caught several of them urinating behing the garage. The roofing debris was left on the grass in the hot sun all day killing some of the grass. During the install the crew significantly damaged the *********************** siding while beating on the metal flashing with hammers. They hit the siding in many locations and broke off big chunks of siding. They also smashed several gutters somehow. I had the roof inspected and the inspector indicated, among other things, that there were many shingles along the flashing lines that were not laying flat to the roof that was probably caused by improper installation of the metal flashingflashing which was (is) also all smashed up. After four visits to repair the damage and correct the deficiencies between July 8th and September 10th the siding is still damaged and needs to be replaced, some of the metal was replaced but some of it is still smashed and needs to be replaced. The owner and the Project Manager admitted responsibility and were apologetic but didn't supervise the initial install or any of the repairs and still have not fixed everything and still have not provided the warranty. I have a proposal from a siding company to fix the damage they caused to the siding for more than $10,000. Horrible experience, horrible company.True Blue Roofing LLC Response

First, I want to start out by saying every customer of ours is a valued customer and we take pride in what we do at true blue which has proven to address your complaints since day one:We always give customers 3-5 days advance notice that we are going to be out there which we did for you. Materials were never dropped off in the grass due to concerns with septic tanks and water systems.The project went according to plan and got done with the project, you had an inspection which is perfectly fine. The inspector came out and said theres something that was not right but according to manufacture code it was the correct way, but to take care of you as a valued customer we came out to address your concerns anyway.After we fixed those issues, then you came up with 3 or 4 more issues that were not in the inspection report and so we came back out again to fix those issues. After you said you were satisfied and agreed that we did everything right; You called us and said there were some more issues which we came out together with my project manager and we took another look. We came up with a game plan to come out to take care of those issues.When we showed up you had painters on your roof STAPLING Tarps into our shingles.Which VOIDS WARRANTIES. We told you not to worry as we would take care of the shingles that they stapled. Because we take care of our customers. Also, we would continue to fix the concerns you had.We said we needed to have access to the areas where the painters are because you scheduled the painters to be out there at the same time we were. Which would not work and is not a good plan. But we were willing to take care of it at that moment.Considering the gutters, you said we damaged, we put new gutters on that section for you.The second repair consisting of the areas of siding, which we were going to take care because we are a siding company as well. Was about $1300 in cost so I dont know where you came up with the $10000 from this other company.Again, we were going to address that, but you said to just leave and dont worry about it just leave so we did.Concerning the peeing in the garbage, you never mentioned this one time at the several occasions we were out there. This is a first that a customer has ever said something like that. I dont know why you wouldn't say anything the 8 times I was out there. But my employees would never defile our customers properties. Our foremen are on site the whole time and are trained in standard SOPs for bathroom and lunch breaks.We did 5 other houses in your neighborhood and every customer in your neighborhood was very satisfied with our crews work and excited and grateful for beautiful new roofs. They also left great reviews!I have always had your best interest at heart because I want every customer to feel like they are in good hands with their roofing,siding, and gutter needs. Which is why I cant understand since I took care of your needs at every step of your concerns. Never once did I not answer your calls or tell you I wouldnt address your issues.We will just continue to take care of every customer correctly like we always have, and we will continue to do a great Job on all our projects.
