    I purchased a product named Windblox from a website named, ************************** from a person named ******* ******* on August 5, 2024 for the amount of $141.64. Before purchasing the Windblox product I spoke with ******* to ask him about his product and how it is fastened to my convertible sports car. After speaking with ******* I felt confident in purchasing the Windblox. Upon receiving the Windblox product it was immediately apparent that this was not the product ******* described. I began trying to contact ******* via email and telephone. To my surprise Timothys telephone number no longer answered my calls. Upon dialing his number the telephone disconnected immediately. I made numerous attempts to call ******* with no success. I sent ******* a few emails days apart from each other with no reply. ******* claims he has a full money back guarantee within 30 days of receipt of his Windblox. Although I have made numerous attempts to contact ******* I have been unable to contact him during the 30 days from the day I received the Windblox. My intention in filing this complaint is to return the Windblox to ******* in the exact condition I received it in and receive from ******* a full refund. Secondly I would like to warn any potential customers of my experience so that others will not be a victim of this misrepresented product and of the fraudster that ******* has shown himself to be. I paid ******* for this product using ****** and I am currently working with ****** to try and resolve this transaction and get a full refund.
