I purchased a 2018 Dodge Challenger for 26K from MK Motors. I worked with the owner himself as the former sales manager **** was terminated which is who I previously spoke with. I bought the Challenger June 19th and put down 10K total which I have bank statements proving this! There was an additional down payment that **** claim was owed on the vehicle and a payment that was coming up, I informed ********** didn't have my plates as the temporary tag was expired, **** stated he was going out of the country and would following up with me once he got back, anything that needed to be squared away would be at that time. September 21st, a tow truck drove through my job site and backed up to the car, I immediately walked out to see what was going on, The gentleman informed me he a repossession for the car and I explained to him that couldn't be, he showed me the repo order that showed it was from MK Motors, not only this he showed me the car was registered under an **** and the legal owners was MK Motors, 4 months of having this car it was never registered or reported to the state that I had purchased this vehicle which is why I never got my plates for the car. I called the dealership and couldn't get ahold of the owner, I finally got ahold of the new sales associate, and he stated he didn't see that an order was placed for my vehicle to be picked up. The repo guy thought this situation was weird himself and so did his supervisor as they couldn't get ahold of the owner on this. I was also shown that the car had a tracking device, **** the owner informed the repo company the car was located in ********* ********** which is where **** later discovered is ****'s wife lived, finally they released the tracking device which bought the guy to my job. I was baffled when I was shown the *** information as I never signed any documents for a *** device on my vehicle which is illegal. After informing ********** would contact a lawyer, the BBB and Dealer licensing he said "I don't care"
