  DO NOT BUY THESE SHOES! Back on November 11th, I purchased their Ryder Green steel toed shoes. It was my first time purchasing these shoes. It was on order #**********. I wore them casually for 2 months, then we had a project where I had to work in physically at a stone yard. I typically buy another brand and they last. I figured I'd try something new and since I was in a stone yard, I figured these would do well as they advertise. However, this didn't even last 1 month before falling apart.The shoes themselves started pulling apart from the sole of the shoe within the first 3 weeks. Then the front took one rub against a pallet and started to fray. Before the end of the project, the insides were completely destroyed. The inserts were shredding and falling apart. This shoe is not what they advertise. They are not "anti-wear" proof. When reaching out to the company, they refused by saying it depends on the use of the shoe. Meaning, the anti-wear doesn't apply. In there mission statement, they says "we only use extremely durable and lightweight material to ensure that our footwear solutions are strong, safe, and built to last for years." It only took 2 months for me. The work I did was laborious but not to the level these shoes fell apart.

  Bunch of *********** not buy these shoes as they are cheap and nasty.Slow delivery and annoying customer service.They refuse to pay for return postage even though the shoes are such poor quality and should go straight in the bin.Over ******* fake followers on their ******** page and every review on their website is fake.Let the games begin

  Horrible quality You have to pay return shipping and a restocking fee. Shoes are not worth even $10

  First off, the shipping time and customer service is horrible. I reached out three times for an update on the shipment status as their tracking page would not work, each time they apologized yet didnt answer my question which was simply what is the current status of my order? Then when the shoes finally arrived they were a bit uncomfortable, but I expected that as they were brand new. Two weeks passed and they did not get any better. They are uncomfortably tight, provide no arch support, and cause my feet to ache after a long day at work where I regularly walk 3-5 miles daily. I do not recommend this brand and question if it is in fact an **************** on the first place as the customer service seemed very impersonal and robotic and of course completely unhelpful.

  Spend your money elsewhere. I find it odd I have to place a review here while they have reviews placed right on their website that do not seem to be from here. Those reviews are all claiming how amazing their shoes/boots are. "Indestrucable" . I have shoes more than 6 years old that I've worn 10x as much that are in better shape than the boots I purchased from this company 2 Months ago. Yes 2 months ago. I have a 6 month seasonal summer job and they couldn't even last half of that leading me to believe the reviews and claims made about this product has been falsified by this company. I emailed the company about my disappointment in their product explaining how my boots are already quite literally falling apart and recieved no response, leading me to believe they are also aware of the poor quality their product carries. I think the BBB should look into where the reviews for this business are coming from and how legitimate their claims about their product are as I find everything on their website to be as fake as their product.

  Just bought the shoes. Not even 2 weeks of wearing them and the steel toe came apart. I ask for refund or exchange. They say no cause I already wear them. REALLY. How we supposed to know if they work or not. Anyways. Pretty much I was told to buy new ones they will not do nothing for it. Not very good shoes or customer service. Beware. Do not buy them

  Indestructible shoe company I purchased a pair of shoes from this company and they have a design flaw when you put your shoes on for some reason the **************** potentially can collapse. I reported to the company and they said because I wore the shoe already that I cannot return it, this is horrible. I am sure that the cost of doing business and replacing the shoe at no cost would be less damaging than a bad review. I would like to report that I tested the shoe by putting a nail under the soul and stepping on it, and it went right through the soul claims that cannot puncture the faults, but what they do is they use a bed and nails, which makes it difficult for the shoe to be penetrated. A single nail was easily penetrated. I would not purchase this shoe.

  Horrible shoes!!!I purchased the * *eries for my son and they started coming apart from the soles within a month. I've tried to contact the company several times with no reply...*cam junk shoes!!!!!

  In March 2023 I purchased two different shoes from indestructible shoes their website I didnt even receive it until May 2023. The shoes were really comfortable for the first month and a half until I started realizing that the soles of the shoes were coming apart And every time I walking the rear part of the soul is flapping because its completely detached from the actual shoe. I contacted indestructible shoes by phone and email and all they said is we cannot guarantee the product will withstand all industries there are people that work in extremely harsh environments That our shoes may not qualify to be in but if you call your shoe company, indestructible shoes and you dont tell your customer hey what type of industry do you work in? Oh sorry we cant sell you a product because our product cannot stand that upfront and honesty is probably the best way to actually keep business , I was at the time of purchasing the indestructible shoes. I was working at a car dealership I wasnt in their detailed department. I was in their service department, but I was not a mechanic. I was just a service ******/service advisor the industry that Im currently in is more harsh I locate natural gas , I have fantastic redwing boots and Ive had them for six months with nothing happened to them. Unfortunately, I cant say the same about the shoes before my second month of ownership of the indestructible shoes they started falling apart, and thats uncalled for specially paying almost $140 for shoes And they start falling apart within a two month period is uncalled for I have just a concern that indestructible shoes is selling faulty products to their customers because if it is falling apart before a six month period of not really harsh environment but they indestructible shoes as a company considers working at a car dealership, harsh environment is just kind of concerning because if that is harsh environment, why do they call themselves indestructible shoes?
