            I ordered 50 Sweet Gem watermelon seeds from Osborne Quality Seeds on 2/15/2023. I received the seeds in a timely manner. However they sent me one package of 50 Sweet Gem seeds and one package of 200 Sweet Gem seeds. I contacted them about the mistake on 3/6/23 and she emailed a label to return the seeds. On March 9, 2023, I received notification that the **** had delivered the seeds. I have been trying to get the refund to my credit card ever since. I made calls on 4/3/2023, 5/3/23, and 5/11/23. I talked with ***** at Osborne *************) each time. She assured me each time that they had received the seeds and that the refund would be back in my credit card account the next day. 6/1/23 I talked to ***** again since I had not received the refund of $135.08. This time she told me that they never received the seeds, would do a personal inventory of the seeds, and take care of it. Still nothing in my account! ***************************
