    Insurance was billed and needed additional information. Instead of receiving that additional information the company build me for the total amount. I contacted insurance and got a reference number and let the clinic know that it was in process but instead of putting it in process they still continued to build interest and then send me the bills. I offered to pay 100% of the **** and just get a refund after insurance processes and they said that that's not something that they do so I was unable to do that. When I received a interest fee for delinquent payment I contacted them and then asked for calls back and was not called back followed up with them daily. They then told me that there's nothing that they could do about the interest charge and that it is fully my responsibility. Insurance is still processing. I paid in full on 7/8/22. Waiting for insurance to process and receiving a refund. My job background is in insurance billing background and I would hate to know what someone without my knowledge is being billed for from this practice.

    Good morning,
    I am responding to the letter we received about a complaint that was filed on 7/8/22 (ID *********. 
    This issue has been addressed, I contacted the patient on 7/18/22 and notified her she received inaccurate information from our ******. Our goal is to always **** patients correctly and accurately and work with patients as much as we can to help resolve any issues and we always issue patient refunds if appropriate. The ****** that worked with the patient regarding this issue has since been let go.
