Watch out for fraudulent rebilling and keep good records in case you ever have to use their services.Falck has twice tried to re-bill me for services provided over a year ago. Fortunately for me, I have records (including Falck's billing system records) showing that initial bill was paid in full (nearly a year ago).Their "Patient Experience Team" put me on hold then hung up on me when I tried to call them to discuss.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration caused by the duplicate billing issue you experienced. We understand how concerning this situation must be, and we deeply regret any distress it has caused.
We have identified a technical error in our billing system that resulted in duplicate bills being sent for invoices that were already paid. Please rest assured that we are actively working to resolve this issue and prevent it from happening in the future.
We also apologize for the hold and wait times you encountered when trying to reach our Patient Experience Team. The unexpected volume of inquiries has led to longer than usual wait times, and we are taking steps to improve our response times and ensure that all our customers receive the assistance they need promptly.

***** in ********* has to be the most shameful disgusting despicable incompetent non-caring non-compassionate inhumane heartless conscious-less and dark ambulance company in existence. Wish they were each on the receiving end in how they treat patients and others. Should be investigated, closed down and many imprisoned.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I spoke to a ******* Center Supervisor named ******** and another supervisor named ******** as well. Their bosss name is ****. Both supervisors were rude and unprofessional. When I mentioned the rude interaction, I was told sorry you feel that way!. THIS IS RUDE!!!!! They treated me disrespectfully and in a degrading manner. Moreover, they would provide information that is not true saying at first there was no one managing them and then, I had to keep asking to get a manager name.

Extremely unprofessional people work here. I had the misfortune of needing an ambulance once and it ended up being one by Falck. My insurance took care of the bill and I had a small co-pay which I paid. My insurance negotiates with each medical service provider and gets them to agree on a discounted rate before paying them or asking for me to pay a co-pay. I've dealt with a bunch of healthcare providers and my insurance managed to negotaite a lower rate almost every time. None of the other healthcare providers caused any problems since but Falck has asked a debt collector to ask me to pay the balance since they claim the discount was "unaithorized". My insurance says otherwise and I'm far more inclined to trust my insurance since at least two dozen other providers have been paid lower than their initial claim and never casued such problems. Now the debt collector is haggling me almost everyday even though my insurance is involved now and renegotiating. Next time I have to call an ambulance (may *** forbid) and it says "Falck" I'd prefre to die than to use their services.

We are very sorry for your frustration with our company, we do understand that dealing with expenses from an emergency service can be complicated.  Our rates are set by Alameda County and it is based on mandated response times, staffing level,  as well as the number of ambulances we are required to have on the road that the County believes best serves their citizens.  Your insurance company applied a very deep discount of 72% on this ambulance claim that was never approved by Falck.   We cannot accept such deep discounts and still maintain the service level that the county has contracted us to provide.  We have asked the ***************** to hold your account for 60 days to give you time to appeal with Cigna.  Unfortunately ***** has never accepted our appeals on behalf of the patient, however we have seen patients appeal and get Cigna to pay more.  We may accept reasonable discounts with the patients that have a hardship but we do not accept the deep discounts these insurance companies apply randomly without any approval from the provider.  If you want to discuss further, please contact our customer service department at ************.

It takes a few steps in the process just to get someone on the phone with you. The answering system offers a call back option, but no one ever calls back. So, your best option is just to be patient and wait for someone to pickup the phone. Unfortuntely, the wait is never worth it. Their customer service representatives and managers are rude and unprofessional. It's probably due to poor training and low pay. So, their customer service reps don't care nor do they have customer service experiece or etiquette. Their representative kept putting me on hold looking for my account after I provided her with the account number and name. They are obviously poorly trained or taking a coffee break while you are waiting on the phone with them. I have to say, if you can avoid ambulance service, do yourself a huge favor and have someone drive you to the hospital. If I am ever in need of an ambulance again, I will make sure it's not this company. If we are lucky, they will hopefully go out of business soon. We should be able to leave a "no" star rating.

I would've rated a no star but was in able too. Falck ambulance has thieves working there. The showed up to my mom's house in an emergency situation and they removed hg er jewelry off of her when she was in coherent. And stole them. The Falck ambulance is now blaming the **** Paramedics but we know it was Falck my mom remembers the 2 Falck techs removing the high priced jewelry. Please be careful if they show up to transport a loved one.

I don't understand how the rating of BBB works but this company has an A and 1/5 stars. Things sure have changed. For instance, my wife called the ambulance for me after I had an injury. I was in immense pain and the "Paramedics" had no pain relief available because they were not qualified. They said they would have to call the fire department for help. I could barely focus dropping in and out of consciousness from pain, save the most painful ride to the hospital. I do remember how new both attendants were as they said they were only qualified for CPR. I'm not sure what kind of ambulance charges 4K for a 10-minute ride and they are not even qualified to save a life. They blame it on an employee shortage but does that make a right to overcharge? Looking back, I should have crawled into the bed of my pickup truck and had my wife drive. It would have been less painful, and safer and I could have taken a nice vacation when I was discharged instead of paying these criminals.

Tried calling to give them the ******** information for a **** and they insisted I need a group number. The original ******** does noes not have group number. Then for the tricare insurance they wanted a number that doesnt exist for tricare. Tricare uses the *** ID #. This company just sent me a text saying you owe $600. No ****. Just a text saying I owe $600. Very unprofessional company that doesn't know what they are doing and wasted my time and I did not get the **** paid. Not sure if this is a scam place or if these services were even used.
