      Made numerous promises to be ready with my vehicle by a certain date and call me with updates which never occurred. All my calls and voice messages were disregarded in the last several days leading up to me having to drive to the office to get answers. I was promised another call day of and didnt receive it since it was close to closing time so I drove to the facility and there was a written notice by **** taped outside the main door saying he is gone for groceries. As I left to get into my car he glanced over his shoulder at me from inside his office space by the ping pong table I remained in the same parking stall and a few minutes later he came out and gave me a grimacing smile directly facing me then proceeded slowly to enter his truck and leave as I just watched him with my window down right next to him. I called his name and of course got more empty statements about the car as he sprung into action like someone that just got caught. I gave him a gift and told him how thankful I was for the work with the hopes he would cooperate. I was courteous to him and everyone at his business during the entirety of my interactions. Fortunately I got the car finished today and the work looks alright for the most part but he ordered the wrong kind of hub cap which was far more expensive than it should have been since I told him I wanted to spend the least necessary since the original hub caps are cheap non-factory parts.I showed up today to pick my vehicle up and he did not provide explanation as to where he left my key fob and didnt provide a receipt. He and his wife scrambled trying to find documents to validate a receipt and I waited for about 15 or more minutes as he took 2 phone calls while I stood waiting and he made up values (admitted to rounding up which is more expensive to me) on the receipt he inscribed with his pen as his wife he works with just smiled. The job itself took about 30 minutes and I have waited several weeks for this to get completed.
