1.0 The WORST **************** I have ever received which came from the Co-Owner ***********************. (Ok, top 3 worst). I hired a contractor for completion of new roof, hardy plank, rock, and gutters. During this time the contractor crew damaged 2 lights. Contractor called Adenbecks and scheduled them to come to fix the damage. Invoice was sent to contractor who did not pay it. I then received the invoice saying the contractor stated it was my responsibility (which is not true after talking to the contractor). I DID NOT call Adenbecks to my home. I emailed to communicate the above and received an email from *********************** stating that the work was completed at my address and it was my responsibility. If I did not pay it Adenbecks would take legal actions to collect this. I had knowledge of this invoice for 1 week. There was no customer service in communication on this issue. I decided to pay the invoice and take it up with the contractor. I feel this was not my responsibility. When I phoned to make the payment, *********************** answered the phone and was rude, condescending, and told me he thinks that if a customer does not pay an invoice within 30 days they are likely not going to pay it and he thinks his threat of legal action was acceptable and HE IS NOT AFRAID TO *** ME. I had knowledge of this invoice for 7 days! He was not interested in that fact. Lack of communication from the office was terrible. Calls not returned, very poor customer service, and plain disrespect from the co-owner ***********************. Beware in doing business with this company. I will NEVER call them for my electrical needs.

1). Mrs. ***** submitted a "blast" on our Facebook page and in that complaint, she left out salient information 2). The contractor (******* ******) that she used has been used harshly by Mrs. ***** to the point that he no longer wishes to be associated with her. For instance, at one point, during the weekend, while no one was on the job. tires stored in Mrs. ******* garage fell on her car. She blamed the contractor and made him pay $1500.00 because she asserted it was his responsibility. 3). Mrs. ***** called our office and stated she did not intend to pay our bill. When someone makes that statement, I believe them. 4). I e-mailed Mrs. ***** as a heads up to inform her that if the bill was not paid within 7 days, we would seek legal recourse. 5). Mrs. ***** stated that this information was unprofessional and rude. 6). When a contractor does work on an owner's property they are entitled to fair pay. Mrs. ***** did not challenge the amount nor the quality of our work. In fact, she stated the electricians were very good. 7). It is my opinion, supported by the anecdotal evidence, that Mrs. ***** has a practice of getting as much as she can for free, and then complaining if her wishes are not fulfilled. 8). For further support of AdenBecks quality and standards, I request that you peruse all the other customer comments on our Facebook page and other Spokane area rating sites. ***** *.
