- Date: 3/5/2023 - Amount: $1660.73 - The business committed to provide my cash refund the following day (3-6-2023) when I picked up my dog and paid in alternative payment. I paid with alternative payment and did not receive my cash refund as promised. Its been almost two months and I still have not received my refund. I was upset because this error on their end is financially affecting me and the only thing they say is "I'm sorry and were looking into this." And I've been calling 2-3 times a week and nothing there accountant **** was suppose to reach out to me and every time I call she's either out or not in for the day and they're trying to resolve this with corporate. I did my end of following their procedures in paying. and tried to be the most civil I can but like i said this is financially impacting me!!- Issue has not been resolved - I need this issue resolved as soon as possible I was relying on that cash!-When I ask for someone in charge they say that there is no one there and that they can not do anything.- CUSTOMER ID: ****** INVOICE: ****** PET NAME: BLUE CLINCAL #: ****** Now I need some sort of answer from corporate or somebody in charge to take this matter seriously.
