  Sales team was great during purchase of NEW **, NOT USED and seemed interested in providing a good experience. After using the ** for the first time found several issues that needed attention. Contacted the service department for warranty work and an appointment was made. I was clear that I had a trip planned 4 weeks out and it had to be ready. They ensured it would be no problem. 2weeks in I started making calls to inquire of the progress and they kept telling me they hadnt started but it was next. On the day before planned pickup they hadnt started the work. I am very dissatisfied as they were unable to meet deadlines promised prior to leaving for a planned trip as they hadnt begun the work after having in their possession for 4 weeks. I would be more understanding if it was an issue of getting parts but to not even look at the ** is unexceptable. Extremely dissatisfied with their lack of communication and customer service. Will look for another ** service department for future needs.

  I own a small business. Got a call from them to go fix some cracks in the rv building and to clean off the windows. I did this work in February 2023. I sent multiple invoices and emails. They still have not payed me for the work I did. They never even responded to the multiple emails I sent. When ever I call and say why I'm calling they are never available. I also left voicemails and never got a response. The dishonest of this company is unreal. All I'm trying to do is get the money that they said they would pay me to do the work.

  Broadmoor RV SuperStore did not hire this business, they were subcontracted through a company called Custom Toolz out of ******** **.  Custom Toolz has been paid for the job and they are responsible to pay the subcontracted business.  We contacted Custom Toolz several times on behalf of the business above to pay this bill.

  We were hired by Broadmoor, ************** signed of on the work indicating that Broadmoor was to pay **. We have a signed estimate. When the job was completed he told us that they would mail the check. We never received a check. We never got paid for the work we did on their building. Broadmoor now has a nice building with walls that have been fixed a windows that were cleaned. Broadmoor is trying to take advantage of a small business. Broadmoor never informed ** that Custom Toolz was who was responsible to pay for **. We contacted Broadmoor over 10 times in regards to this issue. We contacted via phone, left voicemails, and sent emails. They never responded. This is the first time I have heard about this "Custom Toolz" being responsible to pay **. Their dishonesty is baffling. I am so disappointed and will share with everyone I know about how they had me work and never paid me.
